i see you have the same ecu as me, it can be mapped at different boost levels i.e 1.4-1.6-1.8 etc. this can be done with the addition of a simple rotary switch. you could save the water injection(which can be controlled by the motec) for 1.8 bar

i'd start with some good tar remover,and get the "thick" off before you try any sort of metal polish

if its like the stuff i used, it needs to be held/bent in a vice. for tight bends form it round a piece of timber

the bulbs sit in the same position (with the locating groove and tab) you just need to make room for the cable in the rubber dust cap, it will all be clear when you look at it make sure you get the correct fitment of bulb, uk's are different to j specs
