Thanks for the help nic. I got a friend to bleed the systems for me but the problem is still there. He thinks its the pump on the way out. More MONEY!!!!!! lol some day it will be finished

I seem to have a problem with my steering as of lately. If when moving at low speeds and I apply full lock in either direction I get a dreadful noise that sounds almost like the front wheels are about to drop off. Also when the car is parked stationary and I apply full lock to the left and back to the right the steering wheel starts to jutter!!. I'm starting to think this is a failing PS pump I have check fluid levels and all is fine anyone came across this before are ….. Thanks for any help

Just wanting to know what motivated you into spending x amount of pounds on your supra? Was it that you watched to much Fast and the furious? Was it that you wanted to have the fastest supra on the road? Did something go wrong like a turbo and you did not know where to stop?

it all comes down to your job description. if its your job to make sure this is correct then it could be seen as misconduct. If you have hindered the cash flow of the business or if you have cause errors in the Vat return it could be Gross misconduct... but it will come down to the job description and your employment contract.... I employed a person to look after my account's and somthing very similar happened. she did not keep the correct records and filed 2 vat returns wrong, costing me time and money..... I wanted to bin her but at the time she did not have a contract in place as i had only been trading for 1 year and i was green with employment law. Needless to say i had to keep her employed until a contract was in place. After a few LONG months i finaly was able to give her the boot.....
