However after reading up and getting insurance quotes it looks like i'll be after a uk spec now..... But hey, i can't see an out right advantage in one or the other..... apart from the insurance that is......

Hmm. Just my pennys worth!! I don't like Wings unless the car has been fully mod'ed to suit it. Also thoes wings make a lot of wind noise when driving. But hey i like this one... cool wing Not for me IMHO... But the veilside kit should look sweet.... Big Up!!!

Hmm!! so do they cost more to tune over a J spec? and the MAF fingey-me-bob does it restrict how the car has to be tuned? What ever car i get some day im hoping to have it running 550 - 600 bhp!!! Some Day........

Can peeps please tell me if there are any downsides to tuning a UK TT Supra.... I have been looking to buy a Supra for a long time now and recently (Mostly Insurance) UK spec GZ's seem to be the way forward for me anyways... I know they have bigger breaks, Larger injectors, Steel turbos but is there a down side, For example do they have extra bits that get in the way when adding intercoolers, Single Turbo, ect ect ect any infomation on this would be a great help!!!

Hmmm. don't fink there is a bodykit fitted and from all accounts i think the car is a "GZ", Might of been a Auto Trader Blunder. Don't Know... From what i have learned, is the car is full uk spec GZ Model. I called the owner to day and he is a supra fan, i'm not going in to his reason for selling but he did seem a nice guy, with a better that average excuse for selling. The car has cruise control, Full cream leater front to back. Heated Seat's, Traction Control, Air Con, Big Breaks with the words SUPRA embosed on them and has full working auto or active fingy-me-bob at the front.... i have the serial number of the car so if anyone could tell me how to identify if it's a uk car then bobs your uncle. The miles if i rember correct was 100,000 give or take a few... But Hey, Not my colour and i don't like that wing!! Personaly the movie F & TF did not do my chances of owning one of these super cars any good.... But a Man 6, UK Hmmmmmmm Watch this space.......

Could anyone who has experance with any of the above Turbo setup's please give advice on there application. Im new to single turbo land and i have read alot of posts relating to turbo lag and spool up time's, esp relating to the T78. I'm not looking for top end speed, but a car that has seat sucking of the mark speed and can smash low 11's / high 10's on the strip.... Any information is much welcomed Thank you, Please

Hello All, Just a quickie, I sold my Fair Lady, last weekend and I am now in the market for a J Spec, Toyota Supra TT, Man 6. I have little over £12000.00 to spend. My wish list would be that the car has fitted. Greddy FMIC, HKS Exhausts, HKS Induction Kit, HKS BOV and supporting fuel / boost / controlers. I would hope that the car would top 320 bhp - 330bhp to out shine the fair lady that i loved for 2 years...... Would this be possible on my budget of £12000.00 or should i wait and drive the wifes clieo for another GOD DAM SLOW ASS WEEK

Hi, im new to the forums so please go easy.... I'm hoping people could give me some advice. To date i have a Nissan 300ZX TT which is currently in the process of being sold... in Fact, This Saturday the new owner will be driving of in my pride and joy for the past 2 years. I bought the ZX 2 years simply cause i did not have enough cash to buy a Supra TT. But now i am now in the market for a Toyota Supra Twin Tuby Man 6. or a Single Tuby Man 6 Here's the problem. Should i buy a Supra that is already moded to should I try to Buy a standard and work form there?? All being well i hope to have my Unicorn on the road within the month....
