Bit like getting a metal bar and putting one end on the tranny, and one end to your ear, lots of meshing and general gear type noise, the noises you get with a lightweight flywheel are also magnified too (which I had fitted) so it was a double whammy

That's what I was thinking, if you're going for lots more power then sure, but if you're just wafting lazily round in an auto then save your money

Just out of interest, does street legal mean the tyres these guys run would be OK for the street? Also what about CATs, or does street legal mean it would pass a UK MOT or more like the MOT must of us get?
