  5. By going TTC you wont get any additional performance increase. Since the turbos are operating in parallel there will be more lag but it is said to be safer for the turbos in the long run. Like Nic said you will get a smoother power delivery without the dip between 3500 and 4000 rpm.
  6. I would guess that if it is very rare that u dont have to worry too much about it right away. but blue some means oil, your turbo's could possibly be on their way out.

    the supra has more graceful lines than the R34, IMHO the boxy front doesnt suit the rest of the body

  10. Just today i saw a silver supra MKIV passing by in front of the University. it had a bonnet that looked like the TRD one. Just wondering if it is anyone from here

  12. Well my car is back in India so i got the pipes custom made. but it's steel. In about 2 months time i m gonna try to get them replicated in aluminum.

  14. With the stock J-spec 440cc injectors probably around the same power a BPU J-spec car would put out. Probably wise to get larger injectors and a fuel management system (SAFC or e-manage).

Well after my NA-TT swap the NA's tach doesnt work anymore. i contacted Curt from Elmhurst toyota and he said that he only has the 6spd's tach from the US cars but supposedly they wont work on the RHD cars. Does this also imply that i wont be able to use a tach that belongs to a UK spec car on my J-spec??? someone pl enlighten me on this thanks adi

  20. ya the BCC is the greddy equivalent of the FCD. i m thinking of installing the UK spec cams and injectors. but would it significantly improve performance???
  21. Hi, well basically these r the list of mods done to my J-spec TT:- Walbro 255 lph fuel pump Decatted Greddy BCC FMIC Iridium spark plugs K&N Intake What is the next possible mod that i can do to increase power remaining on the stock twins???? cheers adi
  22. If i install the UK spec exhaust cam on my J-spec engine would i have put in larger injectors???. currently my car is a BPU J-spec. (walbro 255lph fuel pump). How much difference would the UK cams make anyways??? cheers
  23. ya mate it isnt steam. i m just worried cuz i just did an engine swap to a J-spec TT and the engine probably hasnt been used for about a year, and there is some oil in the intercooler piping as well.
  24. Hi, after my engine swap i am now getting white smoke right at the start up of the engine. is this normal or could it be turbo seal problems??? Cheers
  25. Do the J-spec and UK spec cars have the exact same EGBV VSV and IACV VSV. cheers adi
