  3. there is a white screw cap that goes over the hole wouldnt stop the seat working
  4. Had the xfr and its crazy, really fun to drive but you do forget your driving a 2 ton car, the noise alone is fantastic
  5. i use a whifbitz one and quality is great, im also running evens easycool and working a treat, rad is a perfect fitment but can not comment on the others

I have had a look at this tonight and defo sounds like the release bearing, the noise is still there even when the clutch is disengaged but also gets faster and louder when you press the throttle, but also sounds like it's something loose but as I said pop down and we can get her in the air and have a look

Hi Guys My first TT was a 1993 auto bought in 1999, at the tender age of 18 then got a NA with 4000km on the clock with one jap owner and i still have that to this day, had that for 16 years now,also got a nice 1994 standard TT6 about 3 years ago and hoping to add a nice areotop to the family soon:D
  9. didnt relise whifbitz did the poly bushes for the diff, i only see solid mounts im going blind lol
  10. Strange how this thread came up as I'm looking to source the poly bushes rather than solid but can you recommend anywhere to get them as I can't find anywhere Sorry to hijack thread
  11. Sunday would be fine with me but both are off the road, tt6 is under cover and other is in body shop for nice fresh paint to go with its nice new built engine will be in big daft 4x4

Right i know we have all been here before but im looking for ideas on the best way to save my W58, im in the process of going na-t and know the engine will be good but i do worry over the gearbox, im not harsh on the box but saying that if i wanted to do a few track runs it would be nice....anyway... what sort of things can we do to help save the box apart from not going turbo lol the box has done 61000 and will have a stage 3+ clutch and a new flywheel suggestions welcome my only options seem to be 1. stock pile W58 boxes which seems to be difficult even to find 1 2. drive like my dad 3. stop moaning and pay the stupid amout for the v160 conversion 4. R154 box but just dont know what to expect from it

  17. Hi Guys Looking at flywheels and just cant pick one.....Can any of you guys recommend the best flywheel to get for a na-t im using a spec 3+ clucth or will be:D:D
  18. Hi mate and welcome to the site, i live in redcar so only down the road really, car looks good and the lakes is a nice drive in the supra, anytime you fancy a slow cruise give me a shout
