  5. Remind me what just happened? Are we on a new server now?
  6. I don't think it makes too much difference. I moved from a C to a B at Uni and my insurance didn't change.

  17. I don't think he would be safe in a Zoo
  18. Is Jail the best place for him. Surely an Asylum would be more suited.
  19. You could give it ago, but I think you have to send it off. This is from the DVLA website: Keepers are asked to ensure that their personal details are correct and that the easily identifiable characteristics such as Make, Model, Colour, VIN/Chassis and Engine numbers on their new registration certificate are correct. If there are any inaccuracies the registration certificate, theV5C must be returned to DVLA for amendment. The Guidance Notes (INS 160) that accompany the V5C provides information on how to do this.
  20. 4 weeks is the norm so I was told aswell. I think my situation was out of the ordinary though. After weeks and weeks of trying to make contact with them, I eventually had to go through the complaints procedure in order to get it released back to me. They then sent me a three page appology letter. I would send it recorded delivery, and ring them every day to until they get it back to you.
  21. What?? Take my advice don't return it to the DVLA to get changed, I sent my V5 because it had my car down as an MPV. It took them over 3 months to get it back to me.
  22. That's good. Phew Odd how I have managed to get Tax on two occasions with my MOT certificate Just have to get through the MOT now.
  23. When I first bought my car back in May, I noticed the front and rear number plates were different. The difference being the reversal of the last two letters, HK on front, and KH on rear. I got this sorted out at the garage who I bought the car from, but I have just noticed that the current MOT [or the one about to run out] has the wrong number plate on it. IE ending in HK and not KH as it should be Should this matter, the guy at the MOT station seemed concerned.
