i kinda agree with you there, my mosque in london has white muslims, chinese arabs indians pakistanis, black. wheras whenever i go to visit my sister in manc the difference is clear as 99% are pakistani at the mosque near them.

sorry mate just realised the post 9mm vac hoses are bloody useless, and any apllication that uses a 9mm hose, i wouldnt trust a vac hose on it, better to use reinforced nylon

Hi guys im using maximuscle at the mo. Most of their promax tastes pretty nasty (banana and chocolate). Ive also used different shakes and none really taste nice. Anyone use any nice tasting ones? or is it something you gotta put up with lol
