  1. From memory ...1.25mm pitch 10mm dia? Not 100% on the diameter .... but sure they were bigger than 8mm
  2. 10 year old hoses?? Unless, of course, you've changed them...
  3. I still wouldn't mind a look. I'm not thinking of loading it .... just curious really
  4. I imagine its similar to any rack change, really. You may have to drop the crossmember a little for access? If you've done one before......... get the spanners out. If you're limit is basic servicing ....... book it in.
  5. Spooky! Still, it'll teach me to take things out of the box and check 'em first!! Do you have any files from when you were on twins, Matt? I'm leaving mine until I fit the 550's .... I'm hitting 100% duty cycle at 1.2bar!! I'd like to see what you tweaked before I visit the RR
  6. Incorrect pre-wired harness, I guess.... If I'd checked the harness first I could have avoided it:innocent: I foolishly followed the manual... No biggie I just reversed the connections at the multiplug So for anyone else..... check your harness is wired as per the fitting manual. If not, use the appropriate connecters ie male where it says female.
  7. Just installing the emanage and have an issue with the ignition wiring harness. The manuals clearly state that the Input side wires have a white trace and should have female bullets already attached. Mine has male bullets on the white trace wires (input) and female bullets on the black trace wires (output). Have I got a Friday afternoon harness?? Anybody else come across this? Before I change the pins in the multi-plug can someone confirm that the wiring diagram is correct and that the white trace is indeed the input side. TIA
  8. If you take the door card off you'll see a 12mm? bolt recessed into the door frame. Theres another like it nearer the front..... This holds the window stop and can be adjusted quite a bit... Wind the window down a bit ..... move the stop down a little . Bit of trial and error will be needed , but its easy enough
  9. I'm guessing its breather hoses that have hardened ..... just replace
  10. Just a thought.......... I recall there was some discussion on wether or not to earth the sheilding on the RL ABS loom. Did you earth the shielding?
  11. Yeah, sorry was scanning Its not something I've heard of ..... might try pm'ing Phil (Terminator)....... he's helped a lot of people with RLTC , maybe its something he's seen before I think you've pretty much covered it ........ try cleaning the sensor/pickup or try another unit.
  12. Are they the large capless type?? If so I did have some that came with the lights......... might be in the shed, I'll see if I can get a part number of them
  13. That does seem like the signal is getting corrupted. I trust you have the correct tyre sizes in the config and the right way round? The wheel sensors have 41 or 42(from memory) teeth if that helps? Best to search on here for the correct figure..
  14. I've modded mine to take the stock '93 style indicator bulb holders. I suspect yours has been treated to genuine facelift lights with the appropriate harnesses? If you take one out you'll see which yours has.. To get rid of the orange plastic you can break it out with some long nose pliers then hoover all the shrapnel out. If you struggle to find the appropriate bulbs in silver , you can get orange bulbs and give them a coat of silver paint HTH
  15. I think you can just remove the orange bits and put some silver bulbs in? Worked for me...
  16. The instructions are on Thors site aren't they? If not search on here Its easy enough to fit ... and the instructions are so clear. Crystal is opaque in comparison........
  17. Thats very impressive ........ Nice one!
  18. How about one of these ?
  19. 1,Not me 2, There are many different kinds mech/electrical 3, Depends which 4, Depends which
  20. I think you'll also need the undertray from the donor ........unless they all have the mounting points in them? I've only seen cars with actives ..... so can't say for sure You could just swap yours with the donor tho'.. The only non active soop I've seen did not have the necessary loom in the dash
  21. Heres a cople of my old soop at Rockingham...
  22. I meant to say SLD/km-miles converter........ they're usually the same thing. I'd check the converter before the ECU ...... then maybe the speed signal sensor
