  1. No chance of that on here! And watch what you say Dude, or I'll have to add another "customer quote" SG, I'll measure up first thing for ya....
  2. I can measure mine for you tomorrow if you like....
  3. What you need is one of these: http://www.mpaconsultancy.co.uk/supra/topdown50percent.jpg
  4. Bah - just noticed yours is an auto, not sure how relevant my last post is...
  5. Pete dynoed my car at Billing and he basically put it in fifth and floored it right up to the red line, although he did ask me first how high I wanted to take it - of course I wanted him to cane it to get maximum power output, although in reality the power/torque drops at the top of the revs range anyway.... HTH.
  6. Yep, I've spoken to Russell and pointed him to my instructions, here: http://www.mpaconsultancy.co.uk/supra/leds ...but thats only to change the LEDs on the control buttons (a/c, fans, etc), not the bulbs in the instrument binnacle which light up the dials...
  7. I had a problem recently with a leaky vacuum pipe - basically, the pipe was old and knackered and just not gripping the bit it slides onto (excuse the description) tightly enough due to expansion. Might be a similar kind of thing?
  8. I think the method dude used is just so you can try it out first - like you say, you wouldn't want it like that permanently. I tried it and although it was interesting I prefered the sequential setup. Also, in TTC mode my Hiper sounded completely different, less "burble" but deeper, then when the turbos kicked in it frigging screamed . I still prefered the sequential mode though....
  9. Can't help you with what to do exactly, but I do know you don't cut any hoses - John (dude) swapped mine over and back by just disconnecting a couple and connecting them to somewhere else (great description I know!), it took seconds...
  10. Only trying to give as good as I get on here...er....as it were
  11. Here ya go: http://www.mkivsupra.net/resources/lights/index.html Have a great holiday btw
  12. Ash, you shouldn't assume everyone's the same way inclined as yourself
  13. Yeah yeah, alright.... That does seem frigging expensive for a set of shocks though! Terry, I'll contact CW and see what the score is, but the only trouble is that he's miles away from me - also, I can't really go without the car for any amount of time. If I do go down the route of ordering a new set of shocks, how would I ensure that they're correct with the springs etc?
  14. Jesus!! I paid that for my entire suspension kit from Whiteline, which included shocks, springs, ARB's and bushes!!
  15. I posted before about one of my front shocks leaking and I was looking into replacing it with one of the same - a Whiteline jobbie which I was told is a rebranded Koni... I assume I need to replace both fronts at the same time - what I want to know is am I best to replace all four at the same time? As I'm not the only one who has had problems with the Whiteline stuff, I'm thinking it might be better just to replace them all with a better, known shock. So....can anyone suggest/recommend a good make/model of shock? Also, I'd like it to be adjustable if possible - the ones I have currently have 8 settings but have to be "disconnected" in order to adjust them, is it possible to get shocks which can be adjusted on the car? Also after suppliers and prices, any help appreciated.... Cheers, Mark.
  16. I think the fag lighter is as well, and its easy to get to....
  17. Congratulations on making your mind up! See you there m8
  18. Ash, I guess you have two main options: 1) Up the M3, along the M25 (east) and down the M23, where at some point you can meet Faye and/or myself. 2) Down the M3, along the M27/A27 (east) all the way there, stopping at J7 to meet the Pompey/Scummer (LOL) guys. Not sure which one's best really, personal preference I guess.
  19. Hickstead is really easy to find, its basically a Shell station on the M23 - its the first turn off after the A272 (Petersfield) turn off, and has a long filter lane just before hand, you can't miss it. I'll PM you my mobile also.
  20. Ash: http://www.mpaconsultancy.co.uk/YOUROCK.jpg
  21. Yep, no problem - I can either meet you at Hickstead services or in the petrol station right at the bottom of the M23 - let me know what's best. Shall we say 1.30 then?
  22. Yep, but its just past Shoreham/Lancing (where the meet is) if you're coming from the west....
  23. Nowhere near you boyo don't get excited I'm coming in from Burgess Hill so will touch on the very bottom of the M23 - not sure what time yet though, when's everyone else heading down there?
