I heard that there was a small tank that collects all the drips of petrol from around the filler cap when you fill the car up, and the red button recycles it back into the tank...

Girl Insurance... Now there's an idea ! Does it include home start if she won't go in the mornings or just road side assistance (which maybe useful when having starting problems parked up late at night in the countryside). I assume it will pay out "new for old" if she is stolen, so you can replace her with a new, more modern model. Just a thought....

As you have not had any replies to your thread I thought I would try and help you a little... Have any of you fine people dealt with any of the online glasses sellers? I have a couple of pairs I want reglazing and also want to buy a new pair, shop prices are much higher so I'm tempted to give it a go. At the end of the day you pick a style and hand over a prescription, it's not a great deal different to the shops, some even offer you the ability to hire the frames first to try them on. So if you've done this already please let me have some feedback and details of who you used

Reminds me of a (phoneless) incedent when staining the wooden front of the garage, the pointy bit above the up and over door. Put my ladders up and 5 litres of red cedar on top and started to paint... Had a little wobble so put my hand out on the top of the door to steady myself and the door dissapears into "up and over" mode (handn't shut it properly). The bottom of the door then flew out (the up bit) and took the bottom of the ladders out in an instant. I flew off the top and fell down the opening door along with the wood stain and 10 seconds later was on the floor along with the laders, both covered with red cedar stain. It took ages with a hose pipe to get rid of the stain from the from the concrete, looked like the enterance to a slaughterhouse.

Another totally useless here... but, there's some great footage that SimonB has taken with a bullet cam in Multimedia somewhere. Also a guy turned up at fencing last week and strapped a very small neat camera on to his arm so he could watch himself stab people - great idea. His was totally self contained (battery) and I think he said it worked with a standard SD card. Watching this thread with interest... G
