  1. I remember one on here from another forum after a guy had flushed his engine out with water and then wondered why it didn't start well ! Someone replied: "for Gods sake, put your tools down and step away from the car"

    5.3 V12 Car !

Just came across this on a trailer in a petrol station on it's way via Folkstone to Germany. Been bought by a German dealer and was already sold over there. Ronart V12. It looked even better in the flesh, a huge brute of a car. Link to For Sale info: http://www.grublogger.co.uk/rdcsite/pages/members/memforsale.html Advertised for £22K. Love em, especially with the side vented exhausts (six each side) !

If you just shot their ears they would last for ages.... :)
  5. Is that a new model - need more info'...
  6. Would be nice to find a Wilts version of CW. Perhaps we could bribe him to move his workshop down here ! Anybody else use Toyota GT as I've not heard of them before ? G
  7. Most witty reply of the year.... In this post: http://www.mkivsupra.net/vbb/showthread.php?t=127775 See post number 12 re maggots and Blackies reply in post number 13 - brilliant
  8. However.... Apart from the scummy ones, most people are much more friendly than I find people "down South". I know that's generalising, but it's true. People actually talk to you in shops, smile at you when you pass them in the street and are more open and warm. I've found the same anywhere "up North" - East, West or Scotland. I've been in Wilts for many years and it's the people I miss most. They may call a spade a bloody shovel, but you know where you are - which I like. G (waits for attack)
  9. Forgot pic - sorry: Parasitis Vampiris (common name "Red Spotted Blood Beetle").
  10. Did it look like this ? Parasitis Vampiris (common name "Red Spotted Blood Beetle"). "common in native east African countries but thought to be almost eradicated in most other countries in Africa. A parasitic burrowing beetle which prays on large mammals, usually cows and goats but occasionally on humans. The female lays her eggs just under the skin and the burrowing lava emerge from the host within three to four months. Although not known to be fatal, the swelling and blood loss can lead to other infections in hot countries. Also common in Asia, particularly in Japan, sometimes living for many years inside vehicles, and other types of transport"
  11. Looking nice... are the rears reflectors or lights ? Cheers G

  14. Great afternoon again... Just sorry I couldn't bring the Supe - blame my (probably drunken by this time of the night) wife, who nicked it to go to Great Yarmouth for the weekend. Nice to meet some oldies again as well as the Newbies... Homer - did think about racing you as you were on your way home (we were on a Smarty test run) but had mercy on you Mrs TopGun - will keep you posted on our "Special Project" Heckler - sorry you are a another member of the KR'd club Tigger - thank you for setting the meet up G
  15. Your'e welcome Jon... You should have had a go. I quite like the Roadsters but would feel a bit like I had a sports car that wasn't that sporty - it's more fun (IMO) to have a Granny car thats just as quick. Cracks me up looking at the expression on other drivers faces when I whizz by them Booked in for the 101 upgrade next Saturday Great meet all - thanx Genna for organising,
  16. It's brilliant... The best thing about it is that it's "eye" will move about (if it's the guys head, which I think it is)... G
  17. Amended before the jokes started - phew !
  18. She doesn’t let me - she's frightened it might hurt Although if whe's good, I let he polish my weapon from time to time..
  19. Fencing.. Started 11 year ago and still love it. Train twice a week and run a club on the third night. http://www.wessexblades.co.uk Am well into the "Vets now" they start at 40 but great crack and I get to do do the Europeans Champs so get to go to some nice countries as well (and stab forigners ) If we were all closer together I could organise a "come and try it day" so you would get to stab your Supra mates - would be fun !
