Same as when someone breaks into your house, you have to sit back and phone the police and hope they turn up in time, and also risk being beaten up or killed because sorting out the criminals your own way is not allowed. What's the difference between that and putting them away? would you happily detain a rapist in your basement for 15 years and just give them food and minimal exercise? I don't necessarily want to carry out the act myself but I'd feel better knowing they would feel exactly the same pain that they've caused. I think that's the issue, the punishments aren't strong enough because of fear of getting it wrong!! If we could prove INTENT (not guilt) then the punishment should fit the intention to commit a crime. I'm not talking thought police or Minority Report but after a crime is commited if it was manslaughter (for example) it was an accident and should not be punished (what good is it supposed to do), but if it was rape or something they should have ever increasing size drill bits rammed up their crapper on full speed!

I've been on nomorepanic forums for a while and it's great to just read through old threads and see so many people having the same problems, that helped a lot in itself. The missus is also very helpful with it all. My doctor didn't help much at all just put me through loads of tests to make sure it wasn't anything physical - and me being white coat hypertensive just made me feel like crap!! I've read up quite a lot on how it's to do with fight or flight responses and things like getting hot/cold sweats were a way to help you slip out of the grasp of an attacker etc. It all makes you see it differently when it happens, so I have been using breathing techniques and bits to help me too and it all seems to be working. I keep saying to myself "stupid brain, why don't you do as I say!"

I'll buy it.

I just can't wait until next year now, I'm sure there'll be a few more groups set up for it and maybe there'll be a proper battle next year with a few more contenders.

It is near the end of the school year. The teacher has turned in her grades. There is really nothing to do. All the kids are restless because there is nothing to do and it is near the end of the day. I've been having panic attacks for the last year or 2, from a fear of humiliation resulting in fear of passing out, resulting in feeling like I'm going to pass out! Getting much better now though I'm fighting through it, I don't get attacks anywhere near as much now and they go pretty quickly, but I did wonder if this migraine would cause them to return. I had blurry vision once whilst driving before, very mild and didn't result in a headache. That was a good few months ago though.

I prefer the MC version as well, she's got much more soul in her voice (although not actually a very good voice really). His voice is good but it's just so boring to listen to! Wasn't Miley like at number 36 or something in the same chart with the same song!

Migraleve is an Ibuprofen. It's an anti-inflamatry rather than just a pain reliever, and migraines are caused by inflamed blood vessels I think. the Ibuprofen I got was a pink one anyway.

I really do need to get my eyes tested, I get dizzy/sicky if I'm sitting too far from a screen like in an auditorium or something, probably related. My symptoms seem to be lessening, not so sicky now and got a bit more enthusiasm, just got a bit of dull head remaining.

Mate's just given me a 400mg Ibuprofen, not a migraleve though, we'll see if that helps. At least I'm relatively OK looking at my screen, I've turned it down quite a bit though.

No it's not a new idea for an evil kids toy! At least I'm assuming it's a migraine, I've never had one before, it must be a mild one from what other people have said! Either that or I've got a brain tumor. Started as blurry vision, mostly on the left side, not in any particular eye. That went away after about half hour and then I started getting a headache. I took some paracetamol which did f*ck all. Now it's a dull ache behind my right eye. Not a hugely bad headache but I feel like I don't want to stand up or move, can't concentrate on anything. Also feeling slightly sick. Had it about 2 hours so far. Bit of light sensitivity but OK with sound - I do wish we could turn the lights off though. Trouble is I'm at work, got a lift this morning cos my car is in the garage, not looking forward to walking round there to pick it up, just hoping it gets a bit better before it's time to leave. I've just spent another 20 mins in the loo holding my head and with my eyes closed.

Joe'll be number 1 next week anyway so I'm sure he's not bothered. Probably be the biggest drop on record as Killing in the Name falls from no 1 to no 379 in the charts as well!

All the net charts don't show CD sales, and most of the Joe fans will buy CDs rather than downloads, so I think the closeness of the download charts shows that he will wipe the floor with RAM.

Some are standard non-LSD, others are Torsen LSD diff. VIN plate will tell you which it is - A or B at the end of the TRANS/AXLE bit I think, B is with LSD.
