  1. Gaz, Items listed in the Automotive section (Cars, Classic Cars, etc) are excluded from the 5p listing promotion. http://pages.ebay.co.uk/sell/5pS120106FLD/ Not sure whether eBay would pull your auction if you 'accidently' listed it in Car Accessories/Parts, which does benefit from the 5p promotion.
  2. Vollans Import Parts (VIP). It would need something after it, though. VIP Carousel, perhaps?
  3. I think I know what you mean, Keith. My entry for August 2006. Hi-res copies available on request.
  4. Sorry about that. Typed the reply after the initial post (so as not to forget to respond) and then saved it for posting during my 'legitimate' lunch break.
  5. Jake, Although it was on my Subaru, that CO figure is roughly what I saw when it failed its MOT on emissions grounds. The car had a high flow sports cat in the centre section, but nothing in the downpipe. At the time of the MOT, it was suggested to me that the cat may not be performing to its full efficiency either through a manufacturing defect or simply because it wasn't getting hot enough being further away from the turbo than the downpipe cat would be. Given that a Supra normally seems to pass on the centre cat alone, it may be that perhaps yours is not performing as it should in the light of that CO reading? However, having said that, I would have thought that a cat of that age would still be up to the job.
  6. There's some pictures of my boost gauge fitted in that location on this thread. Can't offer any tips on installation, though, as Matt H fitted mine for me.
  7. Sorry to hear that. Probably just a complete coincidence, but someone has just put one up for sale on Scoobynet. http://bbs.scoobynet.co.uk/showthread.php?t=465770
  8. Welcome, Smudger. Once you're signed up as a full member you might want to head over to the MSB Owners Appreciation Thread
  9. But providing the font, spacing, borders, character size etc, conform to the legal requirements it's not an offence as there's no stipulation on the physical size of the plate itself.
  10. Correct. You'll need to keep a minimum 11mm border (from memory) from the characters to the edge of the plate, but assuming everything else is spaced legally, etc, cut down plates are perfectly legal. [edited to correct the border size to 11mm rather than 10mm - DVLA requirements here
  11. Try this one: http://www.mx5oc.co.uk/
  12. Thanks, Jake. And thank you for posting them on IMOC, Michael. It's much appreciated.
  13. I have available two sets of brand new genuine TTE wheels that I have sourced via a mate in Germany. The details are as follows: Set 1 TTE “Chicane” Alloys 7.5x18” PCD 5x114mm ET50 Offset. Wheel nuts and centres included Set 2 TTE “Grand-Prix” Alloys 7.5x18” PCD 5x114mm ET50 Offset. Wheel nuts and centres included These are for fitment to Lexus IS200 and 300’s but may fit other cars. They are not suitable for the MKIV due to the width of the wheels The wheels cost in the region of £250 each to buy from Lexus/Toyota, but I'm only asking £550 delivered as I really need a quick sale to release some money. The wheels are currently in Germany and will be shipped from there as well. Please either post up or contact me via PM if you're interested.
  14. I know of something which may fit your criteria perfectly. Sent you a PM with the details.
  15. Do you have any pictures of the bumper at all?
  16. That's a scam auction as the genuine sale is here: http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/Toyota-Supra-Manual-Twin-Turbo-Show-Winning-Car_W0QQitemZ4581657858QQcategoryZ18290QQrdZ1QQcmdZViewItem
  17. After further investigation and unwrapping (in daylight), I've just found the other blue tag on the box. Note to self next time! Anyway, gearbox code is confirmed as 30-40LE which is what I was expecting it to be.
  18. Can anyone tell me what version of Toyota gearbox this code refers to, please? Google is throwing up nothing on those codes.
  19. This could be another one of those inexplicable differences between cars. I've got holes for my rear Toyota emblem, but my sister doesn't.
  20. Hope they're not Dave C's wheels off his stolen car. http://www.mkivsupra.net/vbb/showthread.php?t=49221
  21. Bought from Nic a few months ago, but it really sticks out like a sore thumb in my standard engine bay so it's got to go. Although it's been on my car, the cap is still in an "as new" exterior condition. It's obviously a bit oily on the underside, though. Cost £56 delivered originally, will take £45 delivered for it.
