  1. I might pop down stretch the GTR's legs
  2. So the plans over the next few weeks are as follows:- Set up HKS front strut brace Full Geo and suspension set up with Rod@RB Motorsport It turns out that the turbos are not Stock hybrids i.e. R32 turbos with steel internals they are actually HKS based turbos. So going for a remap to include high boost 1.4 bar as well as lowering the rev limit from 8500 to 7800 as the rods are stock and until/if I rebuild the engine I don't want them failing. Interior Interior needs sorting! The seats are awful and made for some one half my size lol Going to update it to something like this only with Leather stock based seats keeping the red sticking:- Not sure what to do with the Radio the speakers seem good but not sure what to do with the head unit, quite like these http://www.caraudiocentre.co.uk/product_m-pioneer-avh-x7500bt_p-31184.htm Exterior Going for the carbon splitter as well as a refresh of the bonnet. Will look like this:- Next bits to do Single turbo kit Twin pumps Injectors 700cc Link G4 ecu Forged Rods
  3. Ok so for any folks that are interested this is the start of build So I'm really pleased with what has turned up it is very clean for a 21 year old car Just a couple of photos at the start
  4. Cheers Ok so after doing some miles in the car down one of my fav roads its going to have some manners but back into it! You know the TG episode when James may turns up in the road going race Aston DB9, its a bit like that, this thing is extreme and savage! The spec doesn't explain what happens when you combined all these parts, it really is exceptional at pace and tbh a touch above my skill level, i genuinely scared myself, it turns in like nothing I've ever driven, whilst ripping through the gears and banging out flames. I think at the hands of someone that new what they were doing this would be a serious piece of kit on track. Compared to my old R35 GTR its like playing wii bowling whilst sitting on the sofa then getting in the 32 is like you are the bowling ball and your being thrown at some pins hard lol night and day difference! Both great fun just very different! However on the road and just driving round town its a nightmare lol (in a good way) Seriously don't come anywhere near this it really wont help! Its a smaller, lighter, more nimble R34
  5. Well car turned up today so far happy with it needs some bits doing, but not found anything to wrong. On to first impressions, I can't really put my finger on it other than to say it's awesome lol. Feels like a toned down road going track car. One thing is for certain it's a serious drivers car it's even more raw than my old R34 GTR! The response is really impressive feels easy 550hp and the howl from that RB26 I'll get some vids up shortly as well as the dyno run
  6. What about Skylines
  7. Depends on what your after tbh, I was very disappointed with the R8 v8 as a performance car! The V10 was better! I also like the F430 http://www.pistonheads.com/classifieds/used-cars/ferrari/430-coupe/ferrari-f430-4-3-f1-2dr-carboceramic-brakes--sat-nav/3233572 Lambo http://www.pistonheads.com/classifieds/used-cars/lamborghini/gallardo/lamborghini-gallardo-e-gear-coupe-5-0ltr-v10-2005/2857293 F type http://www.pistonheads.com/classifieds/used-cars/jaguar/f-type/2013-13-reg--jaguar-f-type-5-0-s-2dr-quickshift--1-owner--sports-exhaust/3833422
  8. Wow that looked amazing Dean! Bet that pulled well!!!! Any videos? Lol you know me so well!!!! Talk to me Paul... any deals on something that would do 600ish Don't want to sit behind Mike round Cadwell lol
  9. Lol I have infamous for modding(breaking cars) promise I'll let this one well alone once is got 700hp... might speak to Whifbitz lol Totally I want to do Cadwell, Silverstone and Anglesey this year if your up for it Will do.... think we need a track day list Deffo they are seriously expensive when it breaks! Cheers dude but that was mine line that I borrowed from you from that pancake run when the R34 broke so we had to come in the TF, how times change! LOL But yeah I think it would be great to do some track days followed by a few beers
  10. I'll check with Mike, Ste, Havard and couple of others this week and I'll let you know, sounds like that r34 is seriously tracked focused be good to see yours on track! Cheers dude
  11. Cheers yeah they do awesome Cheers Thanks Graham yeah be good todo some events, let me know next one your on and I'll see if I'm free to join I'm sure you'll have a good view on track but I'm sure it'll be from your rear view mirror, whilst your GTR is being chased by its great great grandfather lol your more than welcome to do Cadwell when Mike and I go. Out of interest how did the 34 fair against yourself and the GTR? Much slower? What spec was it?
  12. Thanks guys Really looking forward it and being chased down by Mike in his 700hp supra round Cadwell, see how different it was to last time with me in the R35 and him in his old time attack Soop Very different animal! A well setup single 550-600 streetable supra is awesome! But IMO probably takes a much higher level of skill to go as quickly as the same R32. IMO I just find the corner exiting speeds of the R32/4 incredible and infact I've found with HICAS/ATTESA its actual better to keep your toe in (which requires some serious brave pills). I think the 4WD makes them so nibble, it doesn't take anything away from a Supra they are both great cars! Cheers JP, that exactly what the Wife said after she'd calmed down about the purchase I nearly sold the S5 and bought an R8 V10 but I was a tad disappointed with it so decided to keep the S5 for business and get a 'proper' for fun Cheers always loved the White, was going to go Bay side blue R34 GTR but i've already had a R34. Cheers dude, I'll update this thread if that's ok? If folk are interested Life's a bit short not to IMO I can see a time when cars like this will be outlawed or just to expensive to run, I've literally got a bucket list of motors I want to own one day, unfortunately the list keeps getting bigger Top end power wise this is a bit down tbh but the low down torque is so much better than the old T04Z. This one is so much more responsive! I think on track the R34 I had , benefited from sightly better tech i.e. the ATTESA can move the power round a bit better, but the R32 makes some of that up by being the lightest of the bunch by about 100kg. IMO the R32 feels the most alive and raw of any of GTR generation and I still maintain that my old R34 GTR with the open screamer, 3 foot flames and RB26 howl was one of the most exciting cars I've ever driven. Sounded just like this:- I can't wait to but a small single on this with an open screamer, hopefully making it as responsive with a bit more top end power!
  13. Well after starting with a supra, T04z R34 GTR and then a Stage 4 R35, RS6 V10 and Revo stage 2 S5 Cab, I thought it was time for an old school R32 Always had a bit of urge for one! Planning a couple track days with Mr Ward and his newly built Supra, should be fun Happy with the Spec but will probably go single with the turbo and have a remap at some point. 14. Looks awesome mate! Can't wait for a demonstration:) cough Cadwell
  15. Glad to hear you are all ok matey! I've nearly lost it there a few times when I had the Supra and R34 GTR, don't think the camber and road surface helps there either! This last week coming home that way every night the traction light has been on the S5! Hope it's back together soon matey!
  16. Looked like a fairly bad one, looked as if there had been an issue at the roundabout, the supra had gone up the embankment and hit the end of the barrier
  17. Spotted a Silver preface lift Supra crashed on the Dual carriageway on the way out of Preston tonight, was going to try and stop but just not safe to pull over anywhere, hope everybody was ok! Take it easy out there folks!
