You do know if you have it sprayed in st orange its has to be primed then painted a white base coat then orange then the lacquer...hmmm expensive me thinks...had any quotes?

Cheers bud will b doing the front and back seats next poss dyeing the carpet and alcantara on the door cards...then a full respray glass headlights,clear indicators,oem skirts face lift rear lights ... selling the motor bike tomorrow to fund it..was going to go the tt route but lovin the aerotop to much, may do something with engine at a later date.

Well this is my updated dash d.i.y in ford graphite grey dials from metal monkey other bits from e-bay and flocked ashtray switch blanks and ignition surround done by me... fitted a new alpine ipod stereo whilst i was at it. All lights in green even warning lights uprated the speedo ect bulbs to3w and renewed all the rest well pleased looks good at night:D You can see one of how it was b4 oh changed the steering wheel too. What do you think?

Never heard their is one born every minute... i now think one is given a licence every minute if not they borrow their brothers or sisters!! And then their is the non UK drivers...the police don't even bother with them and most have no insurance!! I could rant all day...its my pet hate....were is all the honest people in the world gone?

Got 2 electric shocks off the washing machine whilst trying to repair it last weekend second one was a belter tripped the hole house out and then later moved onto the pride and joy to finish some wiring for the new stereo and the override for the kenlowe fan...it was all going well until the mother in-law wanted to come with me to the petrol station and where after filling up i go to get back in the supe and the frigging thing starts to catch alight... yes you guessed it the wiring had shorted on the bulk head and was glowing a treat....F.ck i was like a headless chicken!! managed to save it an still go to the Brighton meet the next day....result is mother in-law is now to scared to out with me again and i think me and electrics don't go!!

You may not like the sound of this but i think you need to get off your ass during the day and put in some exercise let work wait it will still be their when you get back, and join a gym do some classes get some motivation from other people make it fun not a chore. I personally think this is the key with a sensible diet, speak to a trainer or some one who deals with this on a day to day basis. we are all different and what works for one is not necessarily going to work for the other, remember if you loose weight quickly you can put it back on as quick. good luck and have faith in your self YOU CAN REACH YOUR GOAL!!
