    Up until last year I had no problems in the snow but in heavy snow, i'd forget it if there's the slightest incline about. Wide tyres and a front engined car on a slope in snow don't go well together if you have to stop. As Jay said, it's not so much what the back end does, it's actually moving it in the first place if the snow / ice is under you already.

    Is the discussion starting out from a totally stock TT (engine wise). If you have a well specced BPU car then the cost will be lower which is common sense. I thought the £10k figure was starting out from being stock (i know it cost me about that to go single on both supras I've done it with). If you have a FMIC instead of a tired stock side mount then it's the best part of a grand knocked off anyway. Are we also talking about doing it on the tightest budget therefore piggybacks over standalone ECUs? Otherwise the cost of going single could just be attributed to buying the turbo kit!

    I've asked Michel to get some photos of the calipers, the poor bugger sounds like he has the Ebola virus at the minute though so might be a few days until he's at his garage

    Was about to say the same thing. The price is what he wants for it, who's to say exactly what it's worth as each car is different.

    Would rather sell complete if possible but depends on the person who might buy the brakes, will see what happens Just waiting on the MOT to be done before the brakes come back off
