I am after a pair of the standard speaker boxes for the door spears if anyone has some knocking about?

For a couple of years now since my re-spray i have had slow, lazy windows. They are fine going down but on the way up they can sometimes struggle. The worst is the drivers side which sometimes stops about an inch from the top. I have had the door cards off and adjusted them every which way to ty and improve them with no luck. I presume they are rubbing against some rubber parts, as the drivers has a fair few vertical scratch's on the glass, which is slowing them but cant see how i could fix this. Could it be that the motors need replacing or all new rubber peices etc? Anyone else had this problem and managed to fix it?

Going to finally try and sort all my dash light problems out but the problem is that i cant decide what colour illumination to have. Was thinking white to match my defi's but will this be too bright? Anyone got any suggestions?

Does anyone have Headlight relay that they want to get rid of? It is the brown relay in the engine fuse box.

Right then, i changed the coil pack connectors with no trouble and also reset the ECU. Left running on tick over for about half hour and then took it to work this morning. Its only about 8 mile but all seemed good On the way home tonight it was running really smooth for about 20 mins and i think i suddenly got a tiny stutter. Cant be sure as it may be me being paranoid We will see what it is like tomorrow. The only thing a did notice was a puff of blue/white smoke when i got home and started to reverse. Is this a sign of something more serious like valve stem seals? I will keep checking for this but is has dont this before but only every now and then.

I might try replacing the fuel filter as i dont know if the previos owner did it often. Cant think what elso it could be. Its used to be a Yamaha Jog R 50cc. I then thought f"ck it and did the following as it did need a bit of tlc: Polini 70cc sport kit Polini Variator with 3.5g wieghts Polini green clutch springs Stage6 Pro replica exhaust derestricted inlet manifold standad carb upjetted to 83 main jet high flow air filter W3CC spark plug as recommended by Polini Been playing about with the mixture screw, starts and ticks over fine if it is screwed all the way to two turns out. Anymore out and it will not start. Once it is ticking over it will rev up and pull off ok but after about two seconds it losses power and dies. It is doing my head in with the Soop being out of action at the mo too

Anyone know 2 stroke scooters inside out? I have a problem with my scooter that when i rev it, it pulls off then after a few seconds it just dies. It has a 70cc kit etc etc. Checked almost everything i can think of. I will post all the details if someone thinks they can help as there is a lot to type lol.

Tried a diagnostic check bridging the correct terminals but am getting now engine light falshing on the dash at all. Not even to tell me everything is ok Checked the immobiliser is off and tried it in all ignitio key possitions, even with the engine running. Really stuck now

A couple of days ago i posted telling all that i had a miss at town speeds (not checked at full boost in case it was a bigger problem). I have ordered some new coil pack connectors to see if that cures the problem. Not recieved them yet but today i started the Soop and tootled off to work. Two mins down the road, when i got to an island, it cut out and would not come to life again. Pulled over but it would not start. It was turning over but would not fire up. After about ten min of wiggling the connectors and trying to start it. it struggled into life and i managed to limp home. The question is, would bad coil pack connections cause all this or is it something else or something more serious? I have hardly lifted the bonnet in months so i very much doubt the miss was caused by something i have knocked or moved myself. I poressume that something has failed and is now causing the cut out problem. When i get back home tonight i will check the error code and have a good check of the connectors. P.S. This problem has really come at the wrong time as my mrs keeps on at me to sell the Soop and get a more 'grown up' and reliable car!!! The bloody cheek!! Makes me even more determind to fix it quickly to prove her wrong lol

where abouts in the engine bay is that? will go check it in a min before it gets too dark.

Sorry for being thick but what is the CAS? I will check it out. Would it be worth getting new coil pack connectors just in case?

Over the last few weeks i have noticed that the soop starts to stutter and 'miss' at low town speeds. Some days can be worse than others but am i right in thinking it could be bad coil packs or coil pack connections? Changed the plugs a few months ago so presume it aint that.

Can't say i am overjoyed at the prospect of riding it to work but at least it will feel great every time i get back in the Soop

Here are a few pics of my plan to be able to keep and afford to run the Soop. 50cc's of raw power! Nearly finished painting it in Toseland colours, just got to paint the wheels black and sort the electric start out now.

I added it mate as part of a complete carbon Ridox kit from Japan. Any of the main tuners should be able to get you one. I got mune from Whifbitz. Could try Envy too.
