  1. Pretty similar to me. I had the exhaust temp gauge and never got round to getting it fitted right, but i have a spare space in my oil cooler kit for another sensor. If the sensor is ok, are you interested? If you are i will take it out and send you some pics of it to make sure.
  2. Forgot to say, is yours in good condition?
  3. It does include the sensor. It has been used but is in excellent condition with no problems. I have had the sensor measuring my downpipe temps, which is pretty pointless. I have not removed it from the car yet to check the condition of the sensor.
  4. Does anyone fancy swapping my Defi BF (white) Exhuast gas temp guage for a Defi BF (White) oil temp gauge?
  5. I am sure i remember reading somewhere that it is intermitant or something so would not work. I may be wrong and hope i am. Anyone else know if it would work of the orinional wiring?
  6. Forgot to mention, i have not wired the power to it yet. Does anyone have any advise on where to get this from? As close to the aerial would be good so that i dont have to piss about threading cable through the car.
  7. Thought i would have a go at fitting the stubby aerial making my own replacement extension that was missing. I did not alter the aerial so that if it does not work or last, i can fit the correct bit. The extension was made out of a bolt with a cobbled together bracket on the end. I have to admit that it does fit a treat, which i was surprised at. I also wedged an old bit of pipe into the gromit to lessen the movement. I have included some pics to try and help if anyone wants to try the same. Will answer any questions. I did have concerns that it may not be tight enough but it is a really good fit and looks as if i had all the right bits.
  8. Clear side repeaters for sale, including orange bulbs. £6, free P+P. Any takers?

I personally don't cheat at all, it just takes me bloody hours (of works time) to get the hang of the games.

  12. Excellent info mate, think i will look into it a bit more.
  13. I have here a black head linning for sale. It started life as a grey one which i have dyed. It is in good condition. Collection would be better to save it getting damaged in transit and so you can inspect it before buying. I am open to offers for this too. Before and after pics are below.
  14. Would you recommend it then mate? I have a few qualifications like fire warden, confined spaces, fork lift, and have a lot experience with cements(grouts, concretes etc) . Not sure if these are any use. Just trying to work out what sort of job would suit me. Is the training good if you have no experience at certain things etc. Any advice would be appreciated
  15. Does anyone on here know of anyone who works on oil rigs? I have been looking into it a bit and am thinking it would be worth doing, money wise.
