  1. Forgot to update:: Moved to for sale thread
  2. Just find some UK/Euro spec rears? Would that not be easier. Although pad choice is a bit crap in the Toyota calipers
  3. It does appear a rather quiet forum. But after MLR/RSOC abc Escort cosworth forum. Maybe number of members in here are much lower? I only come on to look al parts and sell stuff mostly but hopefully towards summer when I can get out and meet a few more I’ll feel more involved

  6. Hi All. Looking at a kit for sale currently, Can you guys be so kind as to give an idea of value of my current UK’s. Only fronts. These were purchased brand new in the box and have only covered 3k Miles at best. These really are minty mint! OE Calipers. 7. Hey all. Little update Not really posted much about The car for a long time. Got a good few miles under the belt when I first got it. But had such little time to drive I got married the week after buying it so the inevitable happened and a 5 month old is now zapping always all my time and funds, aswell as a slightly needy EVO This year and with Ring Trips etc. EVO had to come first. I don’t intend to sell this so in no rush. Done once and done properly(until I wanna change something again lol) So far. New Front bumper New facelift bumper bar New OE badge New front lip New crash bar All complete new brackets/seals/ Even ordered new OE nuts/bolts. New side markers as one had a crack. After a few miles last year. It became obvious the handling wants sorting out, there’s quite a lot of feedback through the car on small/short bumps and longer bumps it almost feels very soft. Can’t find a single bush etc worn/damaged. Huge thanks to Baldy for spending a day going round the car all that time ago! Car is so tidy underside! So bit the bullet and ordered some coilovers. See a lot going HKS. Kinda wanting to be a little different and a few messages to Jerrick at MeisterR a nice new set of GT1’s ordered and are on the way. I liked the red and black one the car too [emoji23][emoji23] Been looking at ARB’s to. Wheels I’ll just wait till the 19” are sold now I kinda know what I want
  8. Thanks for reply Shawn. Yeah aware of it so was nice to see a reply with some with 888’s. Newer R’s don’t seem to come to as wide but old 888’s were Defo wider. From memory my old ones in 235 were actually more like 242/243 I’d like to go old 888 over new R. But either way think it will be Toyo. A048 and A052 are mental money for no real gain
  9. So ET50 rear would be better than ET49(only 1mm I know but may aswell get it perfect) 285/?/18 on front buddy??
  10. Chris If I went ET50 would that give a little more arch space and clear inside edge still?
  11. What price you after for the tyres buddy?
  12. No catching anywhere? So you know what camber your running? Coilovers set to full hard or anything or can’t have passengers etc?
  13. I know the one it was released with did. But not sure they’re were any major benefits for 3 over the 2
  14. Ruined a stunning car with that spoiler lol glad it was left off
  15. Could you fire me over some pics please? What tyres are they?
  16. Hi Chris What size tyres? Not sure wether to drop down to 9.5” fronts for steering feels
  17. Sorry. I should have pointed that out. Front and rear arches rolled
  18. Hi All. Before you say it yes I’ve searched(inc US sites) Can someone confirm this should fit?! Front 18x10” ET44 265/35/18 R888R/pilot sport cup 2 etc. Rear 18x11.5” ET49 315/30/18 Matching tyres to whatever I fit front but probably R888R. Any improvments to be made to those offsets? Stock UK calipers but wheel design won’t cause issues there.
