  1. Nic, do you know anyone out there that could perhaps call them and see if they can supply the mirrors seperately. I also like the rear-view mirror cover they do
  2. These are pretty different too... (anyone guessed I am looking for some new mirrors that aren't Ganador?)
  3. Nic, you might know - what are the mirrors on the yellow car? Can anyone read Japanese?
  4. I was looking at that S2 kit before I bought my TRD - it's absolutely stunning. I love the colour too
  5. Here it is, sorry for the quality!
  6. Actually, it was the rear bit I was wondering about - the one with the vents right? Cheers Nic, I haven't got a scanner here unfortunately - i'll try a digital camera shot, see if that works!
  7. Hey Guys, There's an advert in the 2nd issue of JTuner for a company called Speed Culture (page 91) who sell a lot of the Versus Motorsport bodykits. They've got a little section on their advert devoted to the Supra, and there is a kit on there that I haven't seen before. It's fitted to a white Supra with a TRD bonnet, anyone know what kit it is? Cheers, J
  8. Blue V10 M5 had a play, was it you?
  9. Hey Gav, I know what your going through. I had to pay for everything up front on mine and it was nearly 6 weeks after I paid the final amount that I actually got in my car and drove it away! Appreciate it can be daunting, but it all sounds pretty normal. If your using a reputable importer, I dont think you'll have any issues.
  10. I think i would manage to find a way to keep them both occupied....
  11. The red TRD is wearing my new wheels They are 19" iForged Aero's. Looking at about £3-3.5k with tyres. What size rims is the top carbon/grey wearing? Custom wide arches?
  12. Yes Stu, thats the one. That's how I know him actually, from back in the day when I had my Saxo
  13. lol kopite, ask him yourself by text: 81199 I've already text in saying "they let anyone on the radio these days...and that's just Vernon! Hopefully it will get through to them as I hinted at a private joke in my text that I am wondering if it will be picked up on!
  14. Hey guys, Just in case anyones interested, my mate John Tait is currently on Radio 1 co-hosting the 4-7pm slot with Vernon Kay! Listen if you like! J
  15. I picked up a copy on sunday from WHSmith... Sorry to be anal, but there are masses and masses of copytype errors, do they proofread these things?
  16. Has no-one considered doing this before? I find it hard to believe that i'm the only one that thinks this would be a useful mod!
  17. I thought it was a general consensus that machinery was referred to as a 'she'?
  18. Hey Guys, The missus was asking why her seat isn't electric like mine , and I have no idea... So a couple of questions for you: Did Toyota offer electric passenger seats as an option? American cars are left hand drive, so presumably Toyota did make LHS orientated electric seats? Does the Supra have a generic wiring loom for both Euro/US spec cars, and if so is the wiring already in place for a passenger electric seat motor? Any idea's if it's feasable to retrofit an electric passenger seat into my Supra?
  19. Hey Guys, if you haven't had any luck, try Steve at QSD (01327 263228).
  20. Hey Gaz, Thanks for the comment mate Actually, the Tyre's are nowhere near that bad, even for 20's! I wouldn't mind finding out where they get their supply from for future reference! So you think the width will be the problem, not the wheel size? The cars being resprayed shortly, I could have some suitable work done to accomodate the extra width while this is being done. What do I need to look at doing?
  21. A very good point Copy+Paste strikes again!
  22. Right, i've decided on the wheels I want....I think. I'm going back to my first choice of iForged Aero's now that they have a good UK supplier, and have been given two packages to choose from: 19s Fronts: 9.5" - 265/30/19 Rears: 12" - 315/25/19 With Yokohama's all round. 20s Fronts: 10" - 275/30/20 Rears: 12" - 305/25/20 With Continental's all round. Now I know the purists are going to hate me for even considering putting 20s on her, but I have always been a sucker for filled arches - however if there is a real risk of things like steering pumps/racks not being able to handle it, or significant handling problems (I can cope with a bit of tramlining) that puts the car at risk then I am all ears as to the reasons I should stick to 19s. I'd be grateful if the people that have experience of the differences could comment, rather than random speculations as to whats right or wrong for the Supra! Mandy and Jason, you guys are the only ones I think I know that are running 20s, anything you'd like to add? Ibrar/Dusty, fitted any 20s to customers cars, particularly TRD widebodies? I need to make a choice and get them ordered as theres a 6 week wait to endure, so your comments are appreciated! (pics are a widebody with 19" Aero's - 13" on the rear though I believe! Cheers, J
