  1. Hi all, mates just recieved his turbokit from America. He will be on the forum shortly. He's got a stock na setup... The downpipe has 3 ports with threads for lambda sensors. On my na-t kit the downpipe has the same ports but the bottom is blanked. Can you use the oem oxygen/lambda sensors? Do we blank the bottom on his downpipe?
  2. I've just received my 4 new bolts to replace the rounded ones in my aerotop. The driver side screwed in piece of cake, the passenger however won't go in can anyone tell me the thread size as its not a common one. I need to tap the thread out and hope the new bolt will go through. Any help is much appreciated
  3. Can anyone tell me the thread size of the 4 Allen bolts that hold the aerotop on as i need to tap out the nut in the top itself
  4. Does anyone know the actual thread size of these bolts as i need a tap to clean out the thread on the nut inside the aerotop itself
  5. Can I do a plus one rog? Got a mate up the road from me whos bought a supra that will be joining the forum and wants to come
  6. Ill pay now (texting you) car will be MOT'd Tuesday!! cant wait to be back in the supra
  7. Would of been nice, but no they have to make you work to have what you want!
  8. Yes, the connectors are the same and clip together but the pin outs are different on AC1, AC4 and AC5
  9. They are calipers off a gto. Garethr ive just picked up the ones you sent a link to, i have to grind some bits off, drill and add the adapter plate off my broken one but IT WILL BE BACK ON THE CAR TOMORROW!!
  10. The caliper thread has gone, the bolt thread is still fine
  11. This is the front drivers caliper, anyone know what its off?
  12. Cars all ready for mot, so today was spent bleeding the brakes and clutch... Found out that i need a new pipe made for the clutch which is being done, When bleeding the driver side front caliper i found that where the banjo bolt is screwed into the caliper the thread has been removed... The front calipers are not j spec or uk spec, they're different alltogether... 4 pots (can/will post photos shortly) The caliper thread is tapered inside, the banjo bolt is not tapered :/ and uses copper washers. Any idea what my best option is? Helicoil? Or is it the dreaded case of finding some new/used front calipers?
  13. And..... YES!!! The wipers are now working! Many, many thanks to BEAST_drc!! Havent been able to check the abs yet as ive not driven it. Booking MOT for next week. Ill be back on the road in my supra!!
  14. Quick update: thanks to Beast_drc for the wiring diagrams and help on what wires need to be ran where. It seems that between the aerotop cabin loom and hardtop engine loom there are miss-match wires going into connectors AC1, AC4 and AC5. The pin outs are not the same on a few wires on these plugs. Re-wiring it all today, if all goes well then i will HIGHLY RECOMMEND BEAST_drc for his work and will be a very happy bunny!! Hopefully my supra will be MOT'd and on the road next week :)
  15. Josh, I'd be very careful just going on kerons word, i did so and came to this, i bought the aerotop from keron... He said all my parts will plug and play after going through all the details, he also left me with less in the car than he promised and alot of wires in the car loom were cut along with parts missing like the driver window motor. Consideing i payed £1500 for litterally a bare/ only just rolling shell i think i was well and truely seen off. making a weekend job turn into a 3-4 month job. Bit naughty considering his reputation on here. But that's another matter. Roger, the green connector block is the same and plugs in but the wires are in different positions either side of the plug. Plus different number of wires going into both sides of the connector.
  16. Tested the earths and theyre all good, im 99% positive its down to the one connecting block, the ins and outs are all wanky and dont match up from the cabin loom that came with the car to the engine loom i have put in with the engine. Everything else seems to be ok. How close are you pudsey? Fancy coming and having a peek when your free?
  17. Me too now i have the one ive always wanted I'd get a new release bearing that fits better
  18. Hi beast, i tried sending a pm but it won't send as your private message inbox is full. Let me know on this thread when you've made space cheers
  19. I had a strange noise when stationary with my first NA 5 speed. I was 99% positive it was my release bearing. It sounded sort of like a constant binding/grinding noise. I drove it for 6 months and nothing bad came from it :/
  20. my problem, auto jap aerotop shell with manual jap engine loom and many mods to the original 2jzge engine which is now turbo running TT rockers and ignition... (If that matters) Problem with wiring from wiper stalk operating abs instead of wipers as it should wires going into the green block on the connector bank behind the passenger kick panel are wired up completely different :/ I want both the abs and wipers working but cant comprehend how im going to do it Has anyone else put a manual in an aerotop and come across this? I can provide any info needed to problem solve. I have a permanent live feed to the front wiper motor but no function selection, the stalk has tested to be fine and the motor has also been tested to be fine with using a spare wire and it moves the motor. What I ideally need is: To know if the motor parks the wiper in its stop position through the motor electrics? And ideally the wiring diagrams for the green connector block in the passenger foot well bank behind the kick panel for both auto aerotop and manual non turbo. both sides of the plug and clip to tell me if i can swap the order of the wires in the blocks to get it to work. Any advice or help would be greatly appreciated as im days away from it being on the road
