  1. this is madness - I am lost for words how a 47 year old father could allow his two kids convoy behind him albeit on a 1/2 mile country stretch. It was at 7pm too so it must have been dark. I'm not sure whether to be sympathetic or label the guy an idiot - I guess both.
  2. I cant believe she didnt keep it low key after the attempted murder/ bomb earlier this year...unfortunatly what happend is typical of the ongoing political issues in Pakistan and she wasnt the first political figure to go this way and I dont think she will be the last
  3. nice one dude - aint DIY satisfying when you see the end result? As a side note if you took all the stuff away from the back wall it would kinda look like a prison cell
  4. Short answer to your question - yes its a good idea (I did the same when I was a company car driver with no other car for 2 years) Not sure about insuring a shell, I just bought a shitbox and drove it to the dump, supermarket, B+Q etc...
  5. yeah I' ve been waiting for them to go down in price for ages now - seem to hang on to their value pretty well. Agreed, NSX-R or at the very least a late model 3.2 targa. early 3.0's are affordable now but I wouldnt want one. If I had the option I would actually get a newish 911 - they are German
  6. dont you think you go round in circles with women sometimes?

wise words DB, i've kinda been running multiple businesses for some time now so I've always been running around and managing, and the property development can be pretty physical at times....thinking about it since I've been working on other projects I have been outsourcing the physical parts of property development to someone else so your example is pretty valid....I will just need to spend some time exercising I guess, like my dad keeps saying making money is great but I cant buy good health
  10. Im surfing for properties to buy and keep coming across these! this is like the 3rd one! on the other hand you will have plenty of work available in brighton

My diet is pretty good and has been pretty much the same - or are you saying one should change their diet as they get older?
  23. I've always been of slim build, tall and can still look good in a suit ...do a bit of cycling, hit 30 in the summer and it seems like I also hit a fat switch! - my usual low/average amount of exercise and 'normal' diet seems to have worked so far but I cant help noticing its getting harder to keep trim. Any 30 Plus guys out there who have noticed this? Whats the quickest way to start loosing weight mainly around the midriff?
