  1. Welcome to the forum buddy. It doesn't look that bad at all and everything can be easily sorted. The prices of Supras in the US never ceases to amaze me. For 9k here in the UK (£5k+ I think,) you will have a mint 98/99 TT. More knowledgeable guys than me will be along shortly , just that they are mostly asleep at the moment, and i am the insomaniac.
  2. All well and nice, but car thieves can buy a simple GPS jammer for 40 quid, and it will jam any potential gps signal when they steal the car, hence some tracking companies offering both gps tracking and i think radio signal tracking off cell phone towers.
  3. Thanks mate, but timing a little too soon for me. Am looking at something like next week.
  4. You lucky chap. Congratulations. That is one of the world's most famous supra. If i had the money, i would have bought her myself. You are one very lucky man. Enjoy it.
  5. In the process of rebuilding my car, I need to powder coat most of the suspension bits and some bits from the engine. 2 colours only. Is there any member here who does sandblasting and powder coating and who can give me a batch quote for the entire job? Saves me buying or making sandblasting and powder coating equipment.
  6. Gentlemen, and others :-D, I need help with a collection from Oldbury. Being in London, it is a wee bit far for me, and i dont want to send money to someone who i dont know, so can any member collect my new wheels for me for restoring my crashed supra and keep them in his house. I will arrange a courier to collect them. Thanks
  7. I sprayedmy front and rear bumpers in the garden, during winter this year and it came out allright. All you need is a handheld heater, so as soon as you finish spraying, you heat it. See pics of how mine turned out. Front and rear sprayed this December in my back garden. Sadly, the car is no more. ;(
  8. Yah, i have UK brakes all round, and Tein coilovers. Is anything wrong with running 18 front and 19 rears? Will put 295s on the back Also, will i need archwork?
  9. The LMM meet wasnt bad though. Apart from the parking, it was enjoyable, and jamie, i remember you were parked in a lovely place at the front
  10. Specs Staggered wheels Front : 18" x 9.5J ET +12 Tyres : 225/40/18 Bridgestone T's 01 Rear : 19 x 10.5J ET + 18 Tyres : 245/35/19 Potenza G3 (will put 295s)
  11. Pictures uploaded for better viewing
  12. Just wanted to know if anyone has run these shoes on their supra and whether they will clear UK brakes. Since my accident, looking for new wheels and want to buy these ones http://pages.ebay.com/link/?nav=item.view&id=140913753869 Cheers
  13. Seriously mad build. I can see a £100k going into this
  14. Interested in the answer too as i want to change all of mine with ebay jobbies
  15. Lovely write up. Unfortunately, it all flew over my head. Where the hell am I going to get all the equipment needed?
  16. That mockup looks proper "sick". Me likey. What wheels are those on the white mockup? Are those veilside arches?
  17. UKs for ever. They make the car look crisp, like a 2011 or 12 car
  18. Is it me, or does that picture look like a giant's workshop with a gigantic engine hoist beside a normal mini
  19. Wow, all this difficulties just to register a slightly modified car or import. Once the UK joins these EU countries in persecuting tuners, time to move elsewhere, to brazil or hawaii
  20. When you go BPU, better have very good rear sticky tires, as the kickdown is so savage, it will make your backside squirm.
  21. Wow, brilliantly done. Think you could fabricate some brackets for me?
  22. Can i get there by 9am and leave around 11 as i play in a football league on sundays by 12.30? Will they allow me on before you guys arrive?
