Rear tyres look thin, considering its a RWD sports car. Doesn't look as aggressive as the concepts. The power is also quite disappointing. This car will be no where near as popular as the AE86.

Pretty nice, but I really prefer the new GS. And there wasn't anything BMW was making in 1993 that could perform on the same level as a stock Supra. But it's pretty amazing how fast time has changed and you can buy saloon cars which have just as much power as supercars from 15-20 years ago.

Awesome machine There already is a track focused version of pre-facelift version, called the Spec V. It was only sold in Japan and it cost over £100,000.

I usually park in 2 spaces. People don't really take care when opening their car doors. Just one day I was running late and there was only one space I could find, so I just decided to park my car there. Left enough space for both cars next to me, thought to myself what's the chance of somebody opening their doors like an animal today. Got back home and realized there's a slight dent in rear drivers side door and a small scratch. Nobody even has decency to at least admit their mistake and apologize.

Most people prefer to spend their money in the way of power upgrades but forget about all of the above. Everybody makes mistakes, just glad nobody was seriously injured.

Dnk your Supra is nice, but I prefer that one. It doesn't look like Ken Hendersons and I think it is a TRD wide body.

Thanks for the links. Thats what I thought, buy the GTE engine and upgrade it to BPU. Do you have an idea how much it would cost doing the swap + parts? I have a feeling I would also need to upgrade the gearbox too. It's not really a simple job, I need to find somebody who can do it properly.

I prefer an IS but, I would consider it. I'm having trouble finding any for sale though, I've only seen 1 IS300 for sale and I haven't seen a 2JZ-GTE GS yet. I guess they're both pretty rare in the UK. What gearbox does the GS300 have?

Hello, I'm pretty new to this forum and I have a few questions. I currently own a Mazda6 MPS and I was thinking about upgrading to something a little faster in the near future. I'm thinking of buying an IS300 (2JZ-GE) and tuning it. I tried to find some topics on this forum, but I cant seem to find any. I just want to know if anybody on this forum has (or knows somebody who has) done this? If so how much would it cost? Would it be better to use the GTE engine instead? I want at least 400rwhp and I'm not sure how long the GE engine will last, plus I don't know how strong the gearbox in the IS is. Any advice will be appreciated, thank you.
