yeah did anyone see the royce gracie v matt hughes fight i was surprised at how easily hughes won but gotta say gracie is a tue warrior the way he held out on that arm bar!

i did ITF taekwondo and got to 1st dan, also did Rapid Arnis for a year two with some brazilian jui jitsu here and there since starting work havent had the time or energy and as a result put on a lot of weight planning to lose the weight and get back into it. tried getting back into TKD recently whilst overweight but it wasnt happening, its like during sparring in my mind i knew what i used to be able to do and wanted to do, but my body wasnt able to any more, thats why gonna lose the weight first then get back into it properly

i saw one of these at Halfords in Southall for £40, but that was just the standard car. They had all the extras for sale too, which came to around £100 including the car. are these any good as i was tempted to get one

ive got a replica as u can see from my pic, took me ages to decide which bumper to get but the do luck came up tops, best front out there IMHO Dont know about the model number its from the late kit, most people will know what you mean, consider getting a replica one from the traders on here as you will find it a lot cheaper, but most will probably also be able to source you an original if you really want one

As GeordieSteve said try https://www.insurance2000.co.uk as they were very good with prices and had no issues on the claim when my gsxr600 was stolen another company i was looking into recently seemed good is http://www.ebikeinsurance.co.uk/ but i have no experience with them. What seems good about them is they seem to do a pay as you go type scheme where by insurance is arranged on a monthly basis, but ive forgotten what the terms and conditions are for this, have a look though

yeah sorry perhaps i should have been clearer, but my point was that it doesnt mean Tracker wont speak to him about someone else's account as the account is with the unit on the car not the old owner, so if he gives the cars details they should be able to sort it out for him, even if it is at a cost
