Cheers chaps........jsut given a statement to the rozzers......and gave them the phone I found and answered.....have to say thanks to the bloke across the road who chased them off.......i've spoke to him once....what a good chap.....Took the Supra to work today, couldnt drive her with the snow anyways, I'm all calm now but last night I would of ripped their friggin' heads off, I'm not even that type of guy!

Just found a massive dent on the drivers wing...not happy....

In daylight, my car doesnt look too bad.....creased bonnet, obviously no mirrors, unfortuynately the missus rear door has a very nasty dent

What pisses me off is they picked my car and Mandas car out of a line of 6.......

Exactly.......we're looking at buying a house together soon......this one needs to have a garage, oh and me and the missus......not me and the supra are buying a house!

Just got her running sweet too.....was planning UK Bonnet and bumper anyways.....hope the doors aint dented....yeah, they were pissed up....out neighbour chased them with an axe...can see full damage due to the heavy snow thats going on right now!

Was well asleep in bed when one of my neighbours banged on the door, turns out he'd chased 3 c***s off from attacking the Supra.......its snowing here so cant see the full extent of damage, but my mirrors have gone.....just waiting for Scotland Yard now...... fookers!

Due to some pissed up kids jumped on my car (within the last hour) I need door mirrors (fold in type, black if poss) and I'm certain they've killed my bonnet too!!! Help appreciated......Police on their way! just found a massive dent in the drivers wing.....anybody got a black one??

I replaced my front main seal in august, it took me 2 and a half hours start to finish, this included removal of the radiator! but this did involve a 2 post ramp, so taking off the box cooler pipes was a doddle. Even the pulley was easy to remove due to the good old puller!!!!

Wow...thsi has got heated hasn't it.......I'm workshop controller at a Toyota dealer, i also own a Supra, I have to admit, yeah, we are expensive, £90 per hour for newer vehicles and a lower rate for older cars. After being on the shop floor here for 7 years, i can honestly say hand on heart, I do my very best to make sure the quality of work performed is very high quality. As I write this I currently have a GT4 on a ramp with the gearbox out to rectify a fault caused by a "cheaper garage"! Basically he had a clutch replaced at a back street garage for £150 plus parts, since having the work done he has an ABS lamp on and is unable to select gears smoothly. The other garage told him that is was a gearbox fault seperate to the repair work carried out so he brought the car to us......on inspection we found that the abs sensor had been damaged (stretched) by not removing it when the shafts removed, also the clutch release bearing had been fitted incorrectly and cocked over damaging his "Genuine" clutch they supplied (it was a e bay special). So we're not charging him £280 labout plus the parts to fix all these faults. What I'm trying to get at is, you get what you pay for....if we had made said mistakes, i'm pretty sure the car would of been fixed free of charge, and all our parts carry a 12 month warranty (with exceptions). Please don't think that I'm saying all other smaller gargages are toss.....cause I'm not....I know loads of really talented and respected mechanics....I just wanted to put over my opinion... Hope I added some food for thought.... Chris

Alright guys....noticed a knocking noise fron the NSR this morning......sounds as if a shocker is knocking. The shocker (Bilstein) has only been on the car 2 months. Had the vehicle on the ramp and could not find any play in anything....with or without the weight on the thing.....Is it poss the top arms can display no sighns of play but still have a knock? Also lubed my boot stops....the boot was an absolute arse to open due to being cold... Cheers Chris

Nope it got nicked.......frag nam it......I did my apprenticeship at Renault so i kept all my cars on the road using "donor" cars off the used car pitch. My last french bus was a 2000 Megane Coupe on throttle bodies......i decided to part ways when my alternator passed me on the M1!

I was more of a renault 5 kinda of guy........Tho i only had a 1.7GTX........i did love my 21 Turbo tho........all 3 days of it, fookin pikeys!
