Where about in the West Mids are you?
  2. I was certain I wasn't going to have any problems with Jurgen as he's been exceptionally helpful. All I meant is that Razak's statement that the car was better than he could have imagined was extremely reasurring in that I'm going to be exceptionally satisfied with my car.
  3. Is it this one by any chance? : http://www.jm-imports.co.uk/cardetails/toyota/2010/supra6.html Looks nice. And the praise for Jurgen is very reassuring as mine should be arriving in the UK on the 10th.
  4. I must say, I'm wondering why the England team bothered to even try playing and didn't just bend over and stand there.
  5. The Bee that flew into my room at 2am last night apparantly didn't get the memo. He made a right racket too! Maybe he was just coming back from a night out, drunk, and got lost.

That website is awesome. So much for getting work done today! Cheers!
  7. Ordered my copy too. £4.25 delivered seems very good value for money!
  8. List of things to own before I die: 1. Supra - Check 2. Transformer Owl
  9. How long will this group buy be open for? Am interested in maybe getting some 4300k for Full beams and 6000k for dipped when my Supe arrives.
  10. Well it's described as a "Super Premium" Vodka...at £9.70 it's not even a quid more expensive than Asda brand Vodka, I can almost taste the "Super Premium" flavour from here... Edit: Searching for Vodka on the Asda site and sorting by Price Ascending shows that it's still available. I can imagine someone's going to get fired over this little mistake.
  11. Always expect the worst, that way if it doesn't happen you'll be pleasantly surprised
  12. Mileage: distance to the moon and back Service History: on the back of this fag packet here There's got to be SOME catch with a UK Spec for that price looking like that? Purely speculative of course.
  13. I like the item condition: "Used". Of course it's used, it's missing a relatively large portion of the car. Surprised he didn't try and sell it as "Brand new with tags"...
  14. Started watching it with my girlfriend, then got a bit bored with it so stopped after episode 4 or so. The girlfriend has watched all of them though and says it was pretty good. Bit young to remember the original unfortunately
  15. That is some grade A awesome going on there.
  16. Yeah the wait is killing me slightly, especially since I finish all my coursework on Wednesday and have to wait til internships start sometime at the end of June before there's anything else I can do, so I'll have nearly a whole month with nothing to do except wish I had my Supra to go for a spin in. I'm originally from Sheffield, but been studying at Keele Uni (Stoke on Trent) for the past 5 years and then spend a lot of time at my girlfriends (Dudley). Thanks Abz, she does look mint indeed, one of the reasons I bought her, other being that as far as I can tell stock, or almost stock, Supras are as rare as hens teeth.
  17. Thanks for all the welcomes. I must say I am pleased with the car without having seen it in the flesh. I wanted something with low mileage and as close to stock as possible and I was willing to pay more for it. I think I'll be keeping her standard for the next year or so and then slowly start to work on her as time and money allow.
  18. Hi everyone, I've been looking for a new car for quite a while and recently started doing some proper research. After all this I decided a Supra was for me, found this site a while ago and after lurking decided that I wanted to import one via Jurgen. Had a look at his site and luckily this was on it, exactly what I wanted (aside from the strut braces, but you can't win them all): http://www.jm-imports.co.uk/cardetails/toyota/2010/supra11.html http://www.mkivsupra.net/vbb/showthread.php?t=217473 Put my deposit down at the weekend. And I'm extremely excited for her to arrive! So I thought it was about time to introduce myself. My name is Gareth and I'm currently studying a post-graduate degree at Keele University, real world beckons come September though. So hi all!
  19. Just for comparison: 23, 2 years no claims, licence for nearly 5 years, 2 claims, 1 at fault car park bump, 1 non-fault write off (I was in a house when a numpty crashed into my car), Jap Import Twin-Turbo, used for Commuting, S17 Postcode kept on road: £895 fully comp from Admiral. About £30 more for Elephant. Then next nearest was £3000
