I will have these fitted within a week. I first put an order in for the ATEC 1's but the supplier are out of stock in the colour I wanted. So decided to go for the newer ATEC 2's. I think these will look better then the ATEC 1's as these have a deeper dish. I will post up full photos of when I get my car back. But was just wondering if anyone else had these fitted.

Actually I think its the bulbs that have gone. I only checked the 2 bulbs for the illumination of the fan speed and temp dial. Just checked Hecklers site and didn't realise the button illumination bulbs were under the plastic panel that needs to be removed.

Thanks for the info Do you know where I can get the part numbers for the buttons etc? I did check the bulbs only last week and they seemed to be working. I think your right about the buttons being yellowed by the sun. Think I might need the temp and speed dial too.

What's the best way to get the backlighting on my climate control brighter? Seems really dim looking compared to the rest of the dash. Matt

Is it a matter of buying some alcantara fabric and using some sort of fabric glue to stick it down over the panels? Obviously there would be a lot of cutting out and stretching etc etc

I wouldn't mind doing this to my dash, was there or is there a guide on how this was done? What other materials would be good to revamp the dash from the horrid rubber texture?

My current insurance runs out in 2 months and that was for my celica. Insured with Elephant. Rang Sky and they quoted me £721 which beats all the other quotes I have got so far. Will give Adrian Flux a call too, any other good ones to try? Whats an agreed value?

Just got my 1st quote form sky insurance for my 1994 n/a aerotop. Im 26 with 7 years of driving behind me. 4 years NCB. £721 fully comp with £350 excess with all mods declared. I gotta say im pretty happy with that

Thats why we have a choice. I had gun metallic in mind from the start, just wanted to see if it was a good colour to go for.

It's difficult to judge what looks good on your car without actually putting them on and standing back and looking. I had gunmetal in mind, but wanted a second opinion, at the end of the day its my car and I put what I want on it. But I don't want it to look odd with the wrong colour alloys.

I have no idea to be honest. When I get the car back, I will get as many photos as possible of the entire exhaust and as much detail as possible too
