Yeah that little metal rod is connected allthough its tough to move. Ive taken the top glove box off just now to see if there was anything untoward but I couldnt see anything. Think I might have to take it out and take a closer look one day.

Earlier this year I suffered a blown head gasget I got the engine swapped but the heater matrix was full of gunk so I changed it for one I got off ebay *BIG MISTAKE* Turns out the cheap ebay ones dont fit (didnt see that coming) as a result when I took the car for a quick test run, one of the clips holding the plumbing onto the matrix had failed causing a massive coolant leak all over the passenger (sorry Jason) and the heater box. Ive since replaced the old matrix after a good clean out and the heaters now blow out warm air when the engine is warm as you would expect but only when Im moving! I cant control the heater at all, its always on warm but the illumination works on the controls however the lights that indicate what setting Im on do not. Ive replaced the heater control box above the stereo and the actual controls and also a little white box below the actual heater. The only thing left to change is the heater its self! Before I embark on taking the dash off again I wondered if anyone else has had the same problem and if changing the heater worked or if theres a much simpler fix. Another member I work with mentioned a switch or something on the top of the heater?

After my head gasget failed last week Ive got onto Keron at Extreme Performance who's putting a new engine in for me only problem is I dont have a means of getting my car down to Leicester from York. Can anyone help me with this?

I tightened my top mounts and it was still the same. Ive found it makes a bit of a clunk when I put it into first and second gear which would sugest subframe mounts. Does anyone else get this too?

I have the exact same issue with my '95 N/A. Ive baught some new front shocks allready but Im going to check the top mounts and sub frame bolts tomorrow before I fit them - could save myself £150 by taking them back. Unless anybody wants them?

I changed to facelift lights and didnt suffer any issues with fitment. I am struggling a bit with the sidelight issue though. Found some facelift lenses on ebay. Does anyone know if the actual bulb holders are the same? (sidelights and indicators)

This must be a common issue. Mine locks on the fob but doesnt unlock

Does that explain the hole in the inlet manifold that makes it sound like an old motorbike and the knocking from the front suspension? lol Here she is anyway With late spec headlights Them graphics are coming off soon and I hope to get some new wheels soon but I cant find the ones I want in the correct fitment. Im after some Lenso D1R's
