£120 quid for 3 days of racing and a concert isnt expensive if you break it down.also Its good fun back at the campsite in the evenings as well.Im looking forward to it...I will miss the caravan but cant take the supra and the caravan supra+tent wins

I just feel these cars are for tearing along wyndy roads passing each other on the straights, not for standing around looking at them in a tesco or mcdonalds carpark....lets drive these effing gorgeous cars in our equally gorgeous country. 1. Me

Ive have a change of my earlier opinion on aero blades.I bought a set at christmas for the bmw and a set for the supra recently because the bmw ones seemed to work well.Since the weather has warmed these blades seem to have warped and are missing some of the screen.I have tried bending them back rubbish [ANGRY][/ANGRY] I think if the car comes with them they are ok ,but I for one wont be buying anymore of these cheap and rubbish blades you get what you pay for I guess.

As a provisional date I would sugest sunday 25/4/10 or sunday 02/5/10 I can make any sunday but to get the ball rolling any of these dates gives us 5 or 6 weeks to arrange the day to be free... ok 1. me

Hi all as per my post in supra chat yesterday, would anyone be up for a meeting and convoy drive , a bit lunch some photos then a blast back home ?For me my favorite 2 Scottish roads are 1 Drive up through dounne and Callander on to Glencoe,for a bit lunch and photos with the beautiful mountain backdrop.The guys from the west and east could meet around callander then head up in convoy to Glencoe...its about 1hr 20 mins drive from Callander.There are lots of great pubs for lunch and a shandy inc The Kings house and Clachaig hotel. 2 a bit closer but still nice and wyndy, As blast down the A701 to Moffat,a bit lunch then either back along the same road or a74 then back along the A702 through Biggar to Edinburgh...We could meet the boys from the west side at the chosen lunch spot. Both these drives would be great exercise for the cars and the roads will make you feel like a racing driver lol. we could do this any weekend that suits the majority or how about May day weekend?Im free any weekend , what do you think guys,Even guys from the north of England could enjoy the lowland drive. If we chose the Glencoe trip the clachaig hotel can be stayed at for around £50 per room for anyone wanting to stay overnight.

What a great day it is,wouldve been perfect for a meet.I think a great drive for the scottish guys would be to meet somewhere then drive up to glencoe for lunch at the clachaig hotel.Then photos with that amazing backdrop....Nice wyndy roads with plenty overtaking places.Any you scottish guys fancy arranging this ?

After my trusty old tomtom on the pda finally gave up,it was time to buy new satnav. I ended up going for Igo-8 maps ,and I can honestly say this system is better than tomtom7 It has lots of extras including a toyota supra(among 1000s of others) for a cursor It also has 3d buildings and zoom out mode when you are on motorway etc. When you are renewing yours I recommend you at least check this out before you pay a fortune on tomtom. Im running these maps from a £47.99 F&H 4.3 widescreen from ebuyer(which comes with the awful turbodog maps). The Igo-8 maps can be downloaded free and no codes or passwords are needed it just runs from start up,so save yourself £150 and buy this next time.

I got in the supra tonight after the girlfriend had borrowed it....guess what fuel light was on...[ANGRY][/ANGRY] I can go over 60 miles in the bmw and even my cobra took me 40 miles from when light came on.As I didnt have full jerry can ,I didnt take the risk and filled it up....again I just wondered how far you guys have gone with the warning light on?
