How about the middle of july that way you could put a post in the meets section and there is loads of time for people to see it and put there names down. i would go for the water park but meet somewere first so we could all have a nice drive as a group to the park . I have fitted my front mount now so i do not need this anymore Im sell the side mount with all the standard pipe work . Im not sure what price to put on this so ill say offers for now . would like collection , But im sure i could do postage to main land uk for £25 . Item location is Hinckley , Leicestershire Rich .

I have fitted my front mount now so i have no use for this . The spoiler is set down ,There is a small bit of damage on the undertray (see pictures) im look for around £150 Would like collection , but im sure i could sort out postage to mainland uk for £30 item location is Hinckley leicestershire. I'm off to the japshow at pod in 2 weeks and im trying to get the car finished off and looking her best to go , so any weekend after that is good for me . How about a nice ride out to a pub somewere , went out for a nice ride and beer to a pub on the a444 with a group of lads on here a few months ago .There is bosworth water park if it was a nice day and there loads of parking . I would say the only way you are going to do this is buy one in the uk come over use the car and then sell it once you are done with it . Do you have anyone in the uk that you could spend the money to they buy it for you and then sell it after you have gone and return the money to you . Rich.

There are sensors around the system that measure pressure and temp to control the pump and fan to cut them in and out by the ecu as needed . if the system see's anything outside the box's so to speak the air con pump will not cut in to save the system from damage . Rich.

I work for a accident repair centre and do air con stuff . you need to get it put on a good mechine , just because you have pressure in there does not mean its air con gas , there could be loads of air in there ,they would start by recover the system and then vacuuming it for 30 mins ,then see if the system holds a vacuum , if so it does, regas the system with the right weight in gas and job done . If the system does not hold a vacuum , put some dye in the system and some gas and then use a ultraviolet light to find the leak . Rich.

Another top tip is instead of using cold water added to the anti freeze use hot tap water or boiling water , mix it with your anti freeze and then fill the rad ,this way you open the thermostat striaght way and get out nearly all the air before you start the car, and its loads faster to get up to working temp to . I have a silver tt 6 manual rz j spec and im in hinckley and there is a red j spec na at the bottom of my road too . I have seen a black silver and white one in the last few weeks , im well up for a meet . Rich.

Ok little update for you all , i have not been using the car since i fitted the front mount as i need to relocate the expansion bottle , but on wednesday i had to use the car , so i put a bolt in the end of the pipe and off to work i went . Well about a minute from work i saw the temp gauge on 3/4 and turned the car off , left it 10 mins and then got the car to work had a look at the rad as there was water all over the engine and the rad had split at the top on the plastic part . due to me putting the bolt in the pipe ( i am a knob ) So i brought a full ali rad fitted it and sorted the expansion bottle out and all is now well . you could not have the hole system on the car as the intercooler pipes and the intercooler sits were the brackets for the spoiler fit , ill get the the spoiler to fit im sure ill have a good look at it tomorrow . I went for the front mount as its was cheap and it can only be better for the engine as the standard one is well hidden in the corner , plus there was a big hole in the centre of the bumber with nothing to look at but the power steering cooler pipes it always looked like there should have been some mesh there or something was missing . Thank you for the reply's the pictures were a great help , well the kit is on . i did remove the undertray and spoiler complete as there was no way the undertray was ever going back on , I also had to remove the : The top air deflector The expansion tank and of course the standard intercooler I have no problem with sell the spoiler and undertrays but im looking to refit just the rubber part back to the bottom of the bumper as i like the look of the car if that part on the car , if i cannot figure a way out to fix it to the bumper ,robzki you have first offer of it . I throught that to but the tray starts off low at the back (under rads ) and then bends and rises up to meet the bottom of the large centre hole of the bumper , so with that there the intercooler will not fit in the space , i could cut a section out of it for the intercooler but still leaving most of it in place . just throught i would ask first as there must be loads of members here with a front mounts on . Hi there all i have brought a front mount intercooler for my supra tt j spec manual , i have pulled the front bumper off tonight and i have a question . Ill take it you have to take the moverable spoiler off the car as its right in the way and also the undertray , that runs from the wheel arch linings to the front bumper ? Rich.

I had this only a few weeks ago and my car over boosted to 1.8 bar and blow the intercooler pipe off , the pipe from the boost controller valve to the waste gate on the second turbo had come off . Rich.

Have you got a boost gauge in or away of seeing what boost you are running , if you were to bring the rev's up say on half throttle and then hard throttle you may have got the rev's abit higher before you get over boost then fuel cut . you know what its like its hard sometimes to put your finger on something with out seeing the car , im sure it will just be something simple like a pipe off for split somewere ,there are so many of them . The only thing is that i did not have my red warning triangle on . i throught that was only on ,when the doors was open ,or the handbrake is on ,or the brake fluid is low . If there are other reason for this light to be on it may point you in the right direction . Rich.
