  1. Welcome Yep with that kind of money/budget speak to Jurgen and get him to source you one. Spending that kind of cash needs piece of mind your getting a great car and that = J-M-Imports Scotty
  2. Its alot of money to spend but if it puts a smile on your face thats great:D Just dont drive like a loon and build your no claims up. I thought n/a's were about group 16?
  3. and that price is for an n/a . . DEADLY
  4. Your Memory is near enough spot on mate:d The voltage with the engine not started should be in the region of 12.6v With the engine running and ticking over on idle should be in the region of 13.5v - 14.3v ish. Scotty
  5. Definately sounds like the alternater, as you kept driving you were running on battery power alone which would eventually die thus resulting in the dimming headlights and the battery light coming on. Have you looked at the alternater belt?? If thats gone you would get the same symtoms and the battery would just run out of juice hence the warning lights ABS and the eventual failure to start. Look at the belt if thats ok price up an alternater, most motor factors sell them on an exchange basis. Not the hardest job to do but depends on if you can do that sort of thing yourself. Would save the labour cost at a garage but its not a long job. Scotty
  6. Killer is it not!!!, Pain from a tooth going right up the side of your head and the pain is immense:( A bit of neat whiskey instantly gets rid of it for a while or if your really mad and hardcore a nice swill of TCP:D Scotty
  7. Check or google WRC Car Sales and Keighley Sports and Trade Centre and see how many forum posts you see from various forums that give WRC / Keighley Sports and Trade a bad name. I have not been myself so I am only going on the searches but they should speak for themselves. I would think there have some happy customers but just google and see for yourself. From my short time on here the Classifieds are the way to go or to contact Jurgen at J-M-Imports (Thirdly Pistonheads), WRC have had 3 Supra Manuals for sale for the last 3 months, Jurgen I guess would shift these in 3 minutes and be of superior quality. 16. It was on a couple of months back. I guess it didnt sell due to the cost of bringing it to UK shores haha
  17. I guess they only make Surround Systems with one input as for the casual a/v person this would be enough just to plug in the phonos off their dvd player. Some dont even have optical outputs!! thats criminal. As I have been into a/v for many years and using different kinds of amps, power amps etc my advice would be to by a cheap amp over a phono switcher but I guess it depends on your funds. All in the box Surround systems are ok if thats all you require but are limited on inputs. A second hand amp would not cost much on ebay and you could connect everything. Something like the below ebay link would be ideal if your just getting started with amps and not wanting Hdmi or 7.1 Surround http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/Sony-STR-DE685-5-1-Surround-Sound-Amplifier-Amp_W0QQitemZ130349037309QQcmdZViewItemQQptZUK_AudioTVElectronics_HomeAudioHiFi_Amplifiers?hash=item1e596876fd Scotty

  20. ill be on for tonights procedings in 30 mins Scotty gamertag tallscotty
  21. I remember seeing Abz thread, thats not a bad price for the Pentax, plus lens and bag. I bought a Panasonic Lumix G1 and would have made Abz an offer otherwise. Kodak and Nikon are good camera's but I would not rule out Panasonic, Pentax or Sony for a Digi SLR Scotty
  22. Add me mate.... tallscotty cheers Rob
