Tegeneria domesticus (a couple of the genus are only identifiable when dead so cant narrow it, just most likely).. time of the year to find the BFO males running across your walls:p eat all the other nasties in your house so do actually have a purpose apposed to decorating the soles of shoes. lol

Hi guys.. just need some information from someone knowledgeable about visitation rights for rented accomodation. Can a landlord refuse his tennants boyfriend/girlfriends from staying one night a week? The story: My girlfriend has moved over to Bath in order to go to Bath spa uni. so she is a student living in private rented accomodation. She works at her home town some miles away and i have been staying at hers on thursday night so i can bring her home on Friday to work.. Today, her landlord came rushing out of his workplace and started having a go at me because i parked slightly on the path on a busy, tight road. fair point, though it was orchestrated in a bulligerent manner. He came out all guns blazing. It ended up getting a little heated due to his bad attitude as i kept telling him to drop his attitude and to simply talk to me as im a reasonable guy and actually understand his point, but he simply got even more worked up. He has now decided that none of the tennants partners are allowed to stay even one night. Im not that fussed as i can still go and pick her up each week, but i question his actual ability to stop me staying. He says that he will report the tennants to the housing agency and others if anyone other than the tennants stays for even one night in a week. Although i dont know much about these laws/ statutes, i thought one night a week was ok without having to be declared or anything? Iv no intentions of staying there as it will just cause problems for the girlfriend, just wouldnt mind understanding my girlfriends rights over this unfortunate situation. Thanks in advance:)

hey people, im after a few things, money is waiting Centre console box, the one between the seats as the lid of mine has broken on the mounts. Drivers side front wing - any colour is fine as long as the metal is in good condition with no dents and dings. Also after some sideskirts - that are in good condition, paint colour and paint condition doesnt matter. Also have to be a confirmed fit. Also also the cheapest wheels - preferably with road legal tyres that i can buy to put on my supra whilst i refurb the current TSWs.. Money waiting, and Please reply via PM regards Cam

Hey all, as with title. Car is due its MOT... unfortunately i have no cats. Its a custom one piece exhaust so cant just buy the cats, i need the whole system. Am looking to buy/ borrow a full system to get my car through the MOT. I would happily buy a standard system, but will take an aftermarket if it gets me through the MOT.. I have money waiting so can make payment as soon as. Would need to be local or COURIER, depending on location. Ps > its a GZ 93 TT... im not sure how true it is, but i think i remember reading something about there being no documentation regarding emmisions for import models of pre-95 so many MOT places pass it anyway?? dont know if there is truth behind that, if thats the case that may resolve the issue cheers
