  1. Thanks guys! @Nic, can you possibly get hold of FMIC Silicone joiny bits (you know what I mean) and a rad top hose all black? If so how much ? (BTW my supe isnt a VVTI) and also a standard Toyota rad cap ( i take it they fit on Fluidyne rads?) Cheers bud:D
  2. Had my Rad top hose split earlier, I think that there was too much pressure, I have a Fluidyne Rad and a Blitz rad cap, with an autobahn88 top hose, all of these are under a year old. It split when it was cooling down (engine off) would this pressure increase be because the water pump is not pumping the water round when the car is off and not cooling it sufficiently? This therefore leads me to believe that either; 1. the top hose was not man enough 2. the rad cap pressure release spring is too stiff and not letting the pressure out? anyone had this problem before and can anyone recommend a way around this/ suitable replacements? cheers guys

  5. I take it that these are OEM style replicas, not genuine OEM?
  6. yeah let it warm up, drive it for a while, watch your gauges and listen to noises, watch for when you get smoke (ie over-run, on boost, startup, idle etc) Then check your oil levels, and then report back. I expect its just clearing its throat and needs a DAMN GOOD THRASHING:D
  7. as above all calipers, discs and pads for front and rear, off of my '93 jspec TT. All in good condition. WILL NOT SPLIT unless I can get buyers for all parts, want rid of these as they are taking up room in my garage. £100 for the lot collected, or will deliver within 30 mile radius of Crawley, West sussex for £10 more. cant/ wont post because they weigh a ton! Ps. If anyone wants pics I can post them up, but they are just jspec brakes...
  8. Bumper is now sold to Bennyessex, many thanks! Unused Do-Luck Skirts are still for sale looking for around £130 ono
  9. I would check your downpipe side first, also how long has it been doing this? (and how much have you run it since it wasnt used for a year?)
  10. ok allready had the circuit board off, it looks like the joints on the other side of the white plastic plug... they seem to have tiny hairline cracks around the bases:D unfortunately I have never done any soldering before, and its bound to be messy, would it matter if some of the pins were to be connected accidentally by my amateurish soldering, only because they look really close together !!
  11. Great thanks for your quick reply, now all i need to know is which joints it is that need soldering
  12. Just done a search regarding the above (the warning lights on the right of the dash, oil, abs etc) I am aware that I dont have abs, but why do none of the other 3 lights illuminate on pre ignition check? is this to do with dry solder or something? I have checked the plug and all the bulbs and all seems to be in order, also no error codes either... Any help greatly appreciated Fergus
  13. These are still for sale as I cant contact the guy who said he would buy it. price reduced to £280 for the lot!!!!
