Dont pay unless you get a resolution to your problem. Hell ill look at your car fo 10 hours and ill charge say... £300. See we can all do that. Just cause im staring at it doesnt mean im fixing anything. Its also against the law to hold someones car even though they havent paid a bill. They would also have a pretty difficult time proving you told thm to look at the car without anything in writing. Esp for 10 hours.
