  1. Ok and cause of the bigger pump more pressure...
  2. Ok thats good to know that the cap opens at 2psi... But when it was stock it didin't build pressure, only vacuum I believed. When at the gasstation opening the cap, you could here it suck the air into the tank and never heard any air blowing out of the tank (stock fuelling) Is this pressure normal then, are there more people who has this issue?
  3. It happens with full tank and low tank... Charcoal hasn't been removed..
  4. He there, strange problem; When driving the car for half an hour and then put the ignition off, I can hear very loud the air blowing out of my fuel tank, I'm shore it's not vacuum cause you can smell the fuel vapour coming out... I did the 12v fuel pump mod and have a bosch044 in tank pump, 650cc sard-injectors, stock fuellines and rail... Anyone an idea what is causing this? cheers
  5. Tsw Thruxton 18inch> 8j en 9,5j with 235 en 265 wide, et 20 will fit very nice over the uk brakes, rolled fenders rear!!
  6. If you push the clutch, the steel plate between the frictionplates will come loose, thats whats rattling very loud... When driving at lower revs you will also get a rattling sound, this is the sound of the gearbox, cause twinplates always have light flywheels, the vibration of the engine will not be dampned by the dualmassflyhweel... I had an osgiken twinplate and got sick of all these issues, and cause I will not get as far as build engines over 600hp, single plate will do the job...
  7. My rring was 2inch 51mm, boost between 1 /1,1 bar, profec b2 to 1,2bar
  8. Luk flywheel is oem flywheel from toyota... Will contact Luk germany again... They told me 2 times they didn't make them anymore and no substitutes, cant believe it...
  9. Ok thanks, maybe if a lot of people ask for it they may reconsidder producing this flywheel again... If they say they do not produce it anymore offcourse. Luk part number; 415 0201 10
  10. And are these still available from LUK?
  11. Maybe its a little bit more difficult, cause there is running coolant trough this control valve... I bypassed it, so no problems for me anymore... Don't think you can clean it very easy with these hoses still connected...
  12. This is also an interesting link; http://www.fftec.com/WastegateSizing.html
  13. Hi, got a 35mm wastegate and a turbonetics castmanifold with a gt4082jb, manifod was 32mm but ported this to 35mm... when controller is off I run 0,9bar... straight to inlet manifold it made 0,4 bar!
  14. Hy I work at a carpartshop in Holland, and double checked this week... The guy who suplies Luk parts in Holland says thet do not make them anymore and there are no substitudes... He said he contacted Luk in Germany, so if you can still get them from Luk I would be (happily) surprised and like to know who you have spoken with... Cheers Rinus
  15. On the rear no problem, front no experience...
  16. I think that the 452's are already hard compound tyres. And are actually "better" budget tyres, no offence... 10000 miles 4th set on the rear , Advan 1x, wanli 1x, clear 2x.... thats a real f@#king hard tyre, 48euro's for one tyre.... 265-35-18 Will go for federal 595rs next year, budget semi-slicks...
  17. Maybe this makes it easier, D2 is exactly the same as K-sport, only colour difference... Some different disk sizes though.
  18. He good people, I'm working at a carparts-store and ordered a few months ago 2 dualmass-flywheels... Today I wanted to order another one, but they told me LUK doesn't make them anymore and no replacement part for this flywheel... Can anyone double check? Glad i've got a brand new one inside the box
  19. At first you tried plastic primer?
  20. Ok MT-street is not a full slick is it? Got M&H drag-radial (not a full-slick)with bpu(408HP) 12,49S 1/4 Mile
  21. Hmmm gt37r sounds nice.. Gt4082jb will do the job, but spool up will be quicker with gt37r, and in combination with a cast-manifold it will spool up as a @#$%^^
  22. 550hp will be ok for the next year, wallet is getting empty Next step will be 800cc's, pulsation-demper away, 264cams.... 1500euro's again And after that I have to win the lottery orso to get more power, but I like to go to the track some-times and for me this will be more then enough then (+/-600hp at the end) @jay; Your car is also jspec? And I looked at your garage, did you do 11,8 1/4mile on street-tyres?
  23. 650cc's on 85-90% will be +/- 550hp... The stock j-spec cams and the cast-manifold spool up nice!, But will this not be the restriction to get over 500hp??
