  1. Bonsoir Yohann Montre nous des photos / post some pics.
  2. I always wanted to compare both setups. This gives a good idea of the advantage of VVTi.
  3. Hey guys A little comparison of my SRD1XXX on VVTi head vs non-VVTi head. Both setups were with the CEA 6870 turbo

  6. Thank you Andy. I knew the VVTi was a big step forward ... and SRD even went beyond. Lee said that it drives like a rocket on the streets ... boost at whatever gear or rpm you are.
  7. Thank you Thanks ... yeah : let's get racing
  8. The final result of the mapping session was simply awesome : 1117 bhp and 842 ftlbs of torque. Lee overlayed the dyno of my non-VVTi setup (blue curve) and the VVTi setup. I let you guys analyze yourself .... but those VVTi heads are simply amazing. Some figures : - at 3000 rpm : 270tq vs 380tq - at 3500 rpm : 330tq vs 500tq - at 4000 rpm : 470tq vs 700tq 700rpm gain of spool between 3000 and 4000 rpm.
  9. Suddenly, the following pic popped up on phone with the text: new speed record for our SRD dyno
  10. Lee then put Ethanol in the tank ; we decided to go for E75.
  11. After the running in, we stared with the pump fuel mapping. The result was very impressive : 940 bhp and 654 ftlbs at wastegate pressure (1.4 Bar) on 98 Octan. Lee raised the Boost to 1.5 Bar, which gave 960bhp and 682 ftlbs. We didn't push the pump map higher, as I nevertheless run Ethanol all day long. Plus, with the higher compression setup, we didn't wanna take any risks.
  12. Lee quickly started running in the brand new engine on the SRD Dyno.
  13. Final update : SRD finished the works on my Supra beginning of this week. The pics speak more than 1000 words.
  14. Syvecs old harness out ; new harness in - - - Updated - - - First start up was yesterday. All runs great.
  15. The SRD guys didn't loose time.
  16. Lee got my new SRD billet exhaust manifold. It's made of 321 stainless steel, which is titanium stabilized. A real work of art
