  1. Is this a trick question?
  2. Yeah. The Frontera was the Isuzu Trooper rebadged by GM. Nice kit. But had electrical problems (relays not working etc...) How about a nice little GT4? I'm seriously tempted myself. Great runaround.. and has two useable seats in back!
  3. Ok. Have dropped off my pillar pod with Nodalmighty today for sizing of my custom gauges. And will have matching 'electric blue' night display with the Speedhut dials... And booked the car in to Paul Whiffen to do the build just as soon as he gets the kit all delivered. Counting down the days.
  4. About time too. Getting boring watching the repeats and thinking that's familiar I'm sure I've seen that before....
  5. Yep. Lovely car. Just needs the VS spoiler on the back!
  6. Upgrading the Greddy LS to a new 3 row. So will be selling the full LS kit in a few weeks...Not used much - maybe 2k miles tops. Any interest?
  7. Checked the site; nice. But better than the BLTH400? Both handle 9s passes. The difference is likely to be in daily driveability - lumpy changes...interesting to see what results are posted.
  8. Have read your thread with concern. And have seen both your cars at the garage way back. Looking at options as I said. Ay more info on the Titan? A quick Google only shows transmission fluid....
  9. I'm looking at options now...main concern is time pressure to get a top quality job done. The Turbosmart v Tial 38mm - not a lot in it. The smaller looking form factor of the Tials is a plus to avoid pipework. And I'm settling on the 264/264 cams. Ideal for my power target. Reviewing whether to keep my Grex oil cooler and Mocal trans cooler or go for two of Lee P's trans coolers and sell the Mocal. Or keep the Mocal and sell the Grex...Decisions!!
  10. Hi, Yes. Toyota GT/JDModified. The BW turbo design has some sexy new turbine blade geometry that I couldn't resist. The biggest decision was which housing and A/R. They don't do a 0.88 Divided - so went for the 0.91. But can go bigger though...then into spool valve territory to minimise lag. But more money...And was interested in the Full Race special build twin scroll manifold too - but $$$$$$$! I'm very keen to see the results with Paul Whiffen's special build manfold - particularly with the twin wategates configuration. Should get great spoolup! Paul - please can you reduce the lead time? I'll check with Lee P about the cams advice.
  11. Well, I've been planning this for about 2 years...and the technology has moved on a fair bit from a T60-1, HKS manifold, AEM ECU, DEFI gauges. So I've now ordered for my Stage 1 build: BW91/79 0.91 Divided Whifbitz twin scroll manifold with heat coating Two Tial MVS 38mm wastegates Drop-in Sard 800cc injectors, Aeromotive FPR etc... Syvecs ECU and mapping from Ryan James at 3S will install the turbo kit and any custom pipework needed Two dual display custom built gauges from Nodalmighty (on the forum) which when built will display: Oil Temp & Pressure on one and EGT and Transmission Temp on the other. Already have Greddy FMIC, oil and transmission coolers. Trouble is all that planning and now I can't wait the 4-5 weeks lead time!! Stage 2 will be after I get comfy with the 570ish target bhp. I'll be getting a BL autobox and either 264/264 or 272/272 cams for the 630+ bhp target....
  12. For clarity - The unit can display 4 data streams at once e.g. EGT, Oil Pressure, Oil Temp, Water temp? If so - stunning!
  13. Agreed - I was just checking. I smoked (literally) my old Cosworth autobox having a spirited track day a long time ago....
  14. Thanks Jamie - are Engine/Transmission oil coolers overkill with this setup?
  15. A long time coming - but now ready for a single turbo conversion for my 94 TT Auto. Would prefer to keep transmission standard but performance should be scary fast. Members recommendations on turbo, manifold, fuelling invited. I have a Greddy LS intercooler and will be buying an emanage ultimate... Cheers. Can't wait. it's been garaged a long time.
  16. Michael, Can you supply the manifold, pipes, wastegate for it?
  17. Hi, Was behind you up the A30 near Bagshot. Nice motor.
  18. James, looks like you must be snowed under with work right now...
