Its pretty good... Mind if I nick a few things?? .... no seriously!! Got rejected for a job today after having an interview based on, and I'm not joking.... "They felt that you just told them what they wanted to hear..." Come again?? Wtf!? Or it could imply that I was not being entirely honest when I absolutely was! I could not believe the crappest excuse I've ever heard.. I think I know why I did not get the job, it's just pathetic that they did not have the balls to tell my agent. How old are you btw couv3z?? (if you dont mind...)

LOL, imagine becks tryna say something about anything other then football. The press would have him for breakfast, lunch and dinner! He wouldnt dare open his mouth. "know your place" springs to mind... Oh and if you watch that interview from 3:45 down until about 3:10ish... you'll see that Tom really does look stoned,like for real... and talking like he is also.

Supras just had a new set of rear tyres (non stock), suspension and other handling characteristics are still absolutely stock. How can you improve the handling? How much better will it be compared to the standard setup? I want the supra I have to be both great on the track and the road. I don't want a drag machine! -

Thats very true, letters make sense as a sensible starting point. One really has to think about the type of company to target and how they could benefit from sponsoring you... It could take weeks to prepare something like this. It's like dragons den right? Also, money wise; how much should one ask for? or does that come later? What about deals that are not just money, for example, car parts companies could offer parts for the car instead of money?

Hmm... yeah sorry, dont think I have ever had to use the word 'sponsor' in a sentence. Heh... Letters you say, but won't they go unoticed, or unread? Business plan? Why would you need that? (it's not a problem as such as i've put several together in the past...)

Hi all, Just an enquiry from some of the more experienced peeps on this forum. I'm thinking of doing a couple of rallies this year; namely modball, possibly cannonball also... Now I've never been on one of these road trips and was wondering how one acquires sponsors for such an event? I'd imagine that the more flashy car you have the easier it is to convince companies to sponsor you?? And what are the terms of agreement usually? Whats the best way of contacting companies about this? (as not all companies are interested in this kind of promotion I imagine).

Well wasn't really comparing it to previous cars... but now that you mention it. Used to have an Accord Type-R (fwd) which really stuck to the corners compared to the supra... slight understeer issue but then thats expected. We have an E46 M3 which has phenomenal grip and really out does our supra through the bends. I've always been baffled as to why the supra oversteers and looses traction so quickly. -

This is probably a really stupid question, but how does this compare to the standard stock JDM supra TT setup? I find the supra a very twitchy beast... how will this make it feel different? -

Bear that in mind next time you're out with your million hp supra! No-one really needs a car like the supra if they weren't planning on breaking the law... or for that moment that they "accidently" went over 70mph feel that they are above the law?? hmm...

Huh? How many people do you see smoking cigars on the street? I've probably seen 1 or 2 at most, living in the most dense city (london) Not really a fair comparison is it?
