I'm in agony mate. Its because I wore my trainers out of the gym and decided to do a few hundred meters running to the gym without warming up. just cos i had the trainers on. I always warm up about 3 times at the gym and never get a problem. so i just have to go and mess up ourside the gym dont I.. ow. ill look to see i might have some of that gel im my cupbord.. thanks andrew.
