For the first time in about 5 years Im Supealess now... I still use the forum pretty much daily!

In my experience, it will still work, but not properly. I have a 5.1 I can unplug any speaker I want (apart from the sub) but the configuration will always stay as 5.1 Id say your best bet would be to see if there are any setting for your sound card to change it to a 3.1. Failing that, try a 3.1 driver for your sound card, some work, some dont.

Humm iv not tried them before. Ill give them a look! Theres nout on TV theres only so many times you can stomach watching Clarkson, Hammon and May build amphibious cars!

Seems stupid.. I can understand the noise to a degree, but only if its making your eardrums bleed... how many racecars are actually silent!? Before long they will just have Prius' racing!
