It was an NA so not exactly sacrilege If I didn't love my JZ so much I would have had a V8 off Craig long ago His work at Dynotorque fitting V8's to many different cars has built him an solid reputation for quality work and the cars are just so streetable, relatively fuel efficient, sound the nuts and of course fast. (am I doing a decent enough plug for him? ) I have some slightly more up to date pics of the RX here. Not sure if people are asking for a project thread on the Supra or the RX? This is a Supra site after all but I don't think there is much more to say about this one (Supra) at present. If anyone is interested in the RX I can do one for him when I get a sec. Hello. I have a front decat for a Jap spec TT and restrictor ring for sale. Excuse the phone pics! It seems to be a very good heavy gauge stainless piece of kit. 2.5 inch bore. 1bar retrictor ring. Nice stainless one. There is a little 'dink' on the very outside edge which I have shown clearly. A quick file would take care of it if you thought necessary. In Coventry but also regularly in Birmingham, Kenilworth and Leamington Spa. £60 plus postage for the decat. £8 posted for the restrictor. Thanks

Not true. They handle very well indeed. At TOTB this year and running 60+psi in his tyres due to a faulty gauge Craig's LS RX7 was over two seconds ahead of the nearest rotary powered RX7 on the handling circuit. There is a lot of negativity on RX7 v8's generally but as far as I know NONE of it is from people who have experience of both. He has done many of these conversions now and his own is currently recieving twin turbos. A good guy and well worth talking to if you want to know about LS into anything.

You might have still been there if that good looking guy didn't pitch in with the planks
