The Recaro Young Sport Hero, fits great and is really supportive of the wee ones.

After a day out with my daughter in the Supra and smiling about how much she enjoys sitting in the front in her Recaro child seat (only Recaro seats I've got lol) constantly yelling at me to 'Go Faster!', I thought I'd post up a photo of her and her love for 'Daddy's fast car'. Anyone else got a 'JZA80 Junior' or a 'Turbo Toddler' who has a growing passion for sports cars built long before they were thought about let alone conceived? Let's inspire the next generation and teach them the ways
  3. Hi, would you do this for £250 posted? If so I'll take it edit* Just seen this was in a UK car, will this fit a jspec pre facelift?
  4. Ah yeah, well...you know what happens when the turbos die....
  5. I think it's a general consensus that by now most words have been repeated several times over, it's just if they are not repeated close together i.e one after the other or on the same page. ...Panties.
  6. I thought that might be the case, what I've noticed with my Turbosmart system, it brings any turbo spikes down from say 1.26 or 1.3bar etc down to the tolerance that's been set (1.2 bar) when accelerating hard (is there any other way to accelerate?). I should just have bought a UK spec to begin with shouldn't I lol
  7. I think everything that needs to be said has been said. Good luck with the sale and I hope it all goes okay for you.
  8. Thanks for the reply, exactly what I was after! Wasn't sure if I could just remove my restrictor ring and have the boost controller sort out the boost or is that wishful thinking? I'm not massively low as it stands due to my ridiculous offset on my alloys and my NUR Spec hangs low anyways so hopefully it will be ok. Cheers again
  9. Funny you should say that.... I've got my eyes on one [emoji6] One owner, low mileage, totally stock, hasn't been driven in 10 years, immaculate condition.... Would make a great stripped out track car...
  10. It's only until I decide which single set up. I've got a good shout at a decent discount from ETS just now in the States and I've always fancied one of their 5" intercoolers and titanium exhausts. I'm getting a Tial BOV to go with the set up which ETS offer a flange for on the intercooler kit with the big single configuration so it won't be getting fitted straight away. Was just wondering if it would be worthwhile fitting the exhaust or wait until I complete the rest of the build (Syvecs, Turbo, Intake etc).
  11. Don't build the car someone else would want...build the car YOU want! I often see people on here telling others to do this and that and not do this etc to their cars, let people do what they want, it is their money. If the car was bought as a potential investment then yes, stock may bring an easier slae and profit in time. If it was bought to enjoy and modify then modify away and enjoy it. Someone will always pay good money for Stock and Big Single Supras.
  12. Might I ask what the difference between a Toyota premium horn is and my current Toyota peasants horn?
  13. Ok, so I'm running a 3" NUR Spec R cat back exhaust with 1st and 2nd 3" decats on my jspec BPU TT auto. I've been looking at getting a full titanium 4" cat back system for some time now (as much as I love the NUR Spec) but I was wondering if there will be any adverse or negative performance effects whilst on stock twins (i.e. back pressure wise or anything?). Also, will I need to upgrade to 4" decat pipes as well, and will these connect to a stock manifold? Also....what would I do for a 4" restrictor ring (pointless I know but planning on going single in the not so distant future so it would just be to safeguard the stock twins just now). Other option is to keep my 3" decats with restrictor ring and have a 4"-3" adapter for the new cat back system until I progress my build. Lots of questions and beard stroking going on here
  14. Don't suppose you'd take £20 posted?
  15. Thanks for the advice guys, I'll give David P's advice a shot and see how I get on
  16. So, I bought an AO2B diff for my 1994 Jspec TT auto about 8 months ago. I had it fitted last week, and I had my old AO2A open diff removed. Previously with the old open diff, when the car was in Manu mode and doing 60mph, I would select 2nd gear and the revs would sit at 4k rpm. Just a nice sweet spot for both turbos to be on spool and give a good pull in acceleration. So I tried this the other day when driving home after having the new diff fitted, Manu mode, 2nd gear at 60mph and the revs shot up to 5k rpm. Strange I thought. So I slowed down and matched my revs to 4k rpm and the speed now showing was 50mph. So....the question is.... Have I been sold maybe an AO1B instead of an AO2B or is it an AO2B but I need to change my speed sensor what with changing the diff from an open to a lsd? Any help much appreciated. Thanks.
  17. Sounds interesting. Could you quote me a price for the Jspec pads you offer and Jspec sized German discs please then Chris including VAT. Many thanks again.
