Yeah buddy i dont even notice it loud now but i guess thats because im used to it, Got the car running fine now apart from a clutch. Believe it or not, i had taken it to 4 garages and all were downing sensors, decided to change the spark plugs after all the stopping/starting and guess what?? Well someone had swapped some of the spark plugs over and had 3 different ones from the other 3 NGK Iridiums i had fitted. Problem solved after a lot of money and 5 months off the road. Crazy

Its what my gym instructor told me when i was asking about working triceps. I am no expert but i do listen to what someone who is trained tells me. But then again he could just be someone who thinks he knows as you are telling me its not correct

Thats the difference between overhand and underhand grips mate, they work each muscle.

Overhand pullups to triceps where you face your hand away from you rather than towards, if you do both you work both muscles and get the benefit of using the same bar. Else you can do tricep dips from a solid chair or something.

Just thought that it would be easier using underarm pullups and overarm pullups as it works the muscles better

You will still need a N/A Clutch if you get a NA-TT conversion. Just a stronger one than standard.

It actually hit the north of Scotland really badly and loads of sheep and people were infected. People werent allowed to eat food from Scotland as they were victims.
