i have just brought myself a new set of shoes and pedels for my bike. shimano shoes are RO75 SPD Sl pedels are PD-R540 is there a correct way to set them up to the bike? or is it a case of trial and error? i have been using cages up till now and dont want to get it wrong tomorrow and find myself in A&E for not being able to get out of them quick enough!!! cheers richie

i assume he means where its attached via the hinges? thats where i have looked this morning to see if it had pulled out of line and all seams ok. richie

yeh, nothing seams to be a miss with it, the window is still sitting ok and the door looks to be square in the frame, loads of smudged finger prints all over the handles, windows and roof near the window, looks like they had a good old look over it, i will ring the police today just to let them know, there may of been some others done at the same time. it annoys me that because we have a nice car that i look after, some little scum bag thinks he or she should try to get in and see whats around in there. i would love to catch them trying to get in, that would really make my day! richie

it dosent look like it, i will have a better look tomorrow when its light, will prob find a few scratches because they did not get in. richie

jen has just got back from work and called me outside telling me to have a look at the supra!!!! here we go i thought, she has dented it again, but no, it looks like some one has tried to lever the doors open, by pulling at the top of the drivers and passengers windows, there is also marks around the door handles, all smuged so i think they were wearing gloves. We leave no stereo in it and it also has a crook lock on aswell, it would of really miffed me off if they had broken in to just have a look. i think tonight i will be connecting the car to the mains in the garage!! richie

looks like a very tidy van, i started myself up as an electrician in january, at the mo i have a vauxhall astra van but would like to upgrade at the end of the year to a silver transporter, it will be intresting to see how yours goes and the relibilty factor, if you dont mind what did you pay for it? richie

Very few Enemy did see them coming!!!!! they are an awesome sight, and it feels quite reasurring to have them flying above you when you out and about! richie

well they were taken about 18 months ago, i have had it now for 8 years or so, love it to bits, does everything i need it to do, its crash bungs on now though cause i do a few trackdays, Apart from that i just really look after it drive it in all weathers if i need to. richie

i know there robbing ******* our landlord has workied the bill out for the salon and given us a figure to pay, and suprise its more than what i have worked out the totals to be by nearly 50 quid! richie

for our salon it was as follows 12.2p for the first 700Kwh 10.41p for the remaining Standing charge of 49.23p per day climate levy of 0.441p per Kwh used total then add on VAT to it all. these figures are CURRENT!!!!!!!! from jan to march this year. richie
