Went to Halfords to get new wipers and according to their chart on display, they dont do any for the Mk 4 supe. Any advice on which to buy and where from ?

You should just be able to push them back in, although either way should work if they are lubricated a bit. But i recall when i was refurbing mine and i had to get the pistons out (the opposite of what you are doing) i had to twist them to get them out as pulling then straight out or even pushing them from behind via the hole at the back of the caliper didnt work - mine were seized though.

Not the one that just blew up then ? Bloke with teh supra said it only has 300BHP and siad he could spin wheels in 3rd. Im not disagreeing, but that sounds underpowered to me for a drift car ?

Car looks Good, price is good, seller sounds like a nob. Car needs better visual balancing by adding a front splitter or aftermarket bumper Then again, if the seller is a nob, he hasnt kept history etc, what sort of maintenance etc has it had ? People like that usually cut corners. Having said that, it could be a great car. I used to be indecisive, but now im not so sure !!

Most aftermarket alloys for the supe come with 265 rear, 235front. Its not a million miles off so cant make that much difference surely ? I would of thought it was better, but suppose its not that simple

Reading jap meet in the summer months is usually busy. There seem to be loads of em down here, and in the summer last year i think there were 22supes one evening.

First time my wife drove the supe, she didnt even get out of the parking space outside the house before she kerbed the alloys !!!. She had literally moved about 6yards before i heard an almighty grinding noise Then instead of reversing she just carried on and kerbed it a load more Come to think of it she only ever crashes into stationary objects 2007 - Supe into kerb 2005 - Zafira into bollard on patrol station forcourt (protecting the pumps), carried on driving and smashed front door +sill, rear door, rear quarter and rear wheel. 2004 - Escort into stationarly bright orange bollard in car park Having said that, she is generally a good driver, very confident and doesnt mess about. So long as it moves, she wont crash into it:D

Doom mongers !!. Im fed up with the news recently. It will all come good, mark my words !! If i had a load of money i would buy like mad right now, when shares are at a low point, then reap the rewards. However, i dont have any money to invest so im going to stay skint.

But they wont get any lower. At the end of the day, people stop and stare at my car when i go by. Kids at bus stops, shout for you to boot it, boyfriends let go of girlfriend hands to turn and look as you go past. Cars that cause that kind of response dont get any cheaper. They are now so cheap that anyone can afford to buy (maybe not insure), nd because of that demand is rising. Im sure ive noticed more noobs in the last 6 months than ever before, and surley thats a sign of the demand. Prices cant get any lower in my opinion

Put this stuff in the wifes zafira a few weeks ago as it was running badly and it really made a difference. Made the car feel much perkier and pull harder. so thought i would try in the supe (N/A) as it hadnt been feeling as responsive as it used to. Anyway, the car felt much more responsive within a few miles. Not sure if this is a psycological effect, or if its actually worked, but it definatley feels a more responsive car now. Anyone else used Redex ? Whats your experience ?
