Dear oh dear!! No I haven't personally been to USA and conducted a personal analysis. In the same way you probably haven't been to various Middle Eastern countries to personally check the authenticity of the bible..in all it's forms! The USA is one of the MOST religious countries in the world...FACT. People who go to prison (anywhere) are a cross section of the society they live in...FACT Firstly it's good to question stuff. Um...if you have to feed your family, you have no money, maybe no job, maybe because your country is a mess...you might need to steal something to survive. Money, food, etc...This is a crime, is it not? So what do you do? I'll let my kids go without, cos after all I really don't wan't to be judged...in years to come! Me...I'd feed them...and if I ever met my maker (which I won't, he'll have to come and see me) I'd have a chat with him/her/it about his/her/it's policies!
