thanks for the comment , received my pionear 2 din cd / sat nav unit in the post today , changing the fortune mirrors for ganadar ones , should receive them off nick soon , car has gone back to jdm garage to have the engine installed for the last time , role on spring time .

Yes interior is stopping green to match harnesses , i no it wont be to everyone's taste but i like it.

That's what i thought when i saw the colour in the flesh stunning,glad i spent the extra money know,will be nice to use it when its finished,2 years is a long time to wait.

The guy who is painting my car sent me a sample panel in the post ,in house of colour candy apple red,looks the dogs, also had the t51 turbo has been powder coated in black.

underside has been re stone chiped,old stuf was striped of for seem welding,engine bay will be painted by the end of the week(candy apple red).

Picture taken before primer went on ,no damage to the shell ,no rust,not bad for a 14 year old car.

As there is a full interior going back in with bride low max seats re trimmed in bride logo and black leather,green stitching to match takata harnesses ,will trim most of the cage with bride logo,so you want see much of the interior colour.

Yes full interior is going back in, just miner alterations to dash/quarter panels.

18 months so far will be finished in march 09, body work guy will spend up to xmas just to get it to primmer,tells me it will be show quality when its finished,engine, loom fuel lines etc will be installed in the next month,engine has had a overhaul plus new belts water pump gaskets etc,its all ready to go block painted etc,when it goes back to get the lump fitted will have all steering/sub frames removed and powder coated.

Yes the budget went out the window months ago,i no it will not be worth half Ive spent on it ,but i have no plans on selling it.hope its worth all the time and haste,nice r35 you have there top car.

Few more picks just received,interior painted to match harnesses [takata],will leave bars through roof as is ,but will cover most of the cage in bride logo/leather,cam covers and plenum will go in green as well.
