i do appreciate what your both saying but when we received the drag car it was fully running, tested on trade plates and it was very quick to say the least, when Ryan maps it if its no good then it will definitely be replaced. thanks for all comments Happy new year

its a custom one made in japan came with the drag engine, will see how it goes when ryan maps it if no good will change it , they reckon they got 930hp out of it will have to see if they were truthful.

thanks for the information , think they are the only ones to go for , others i have looked at look very cheep , will go for full set up on mine and get it set up by Chris Wilson , as its a wide body , hopefully he can do his magic on it , thanks Stu.

have spoke to ryan he will be mapping it .

front / rear sub frames , cam covers , turbo , plenum , and pipework all back from powder coater , decided not to have any colour on the engine , so went for matt black powder coat , engine gearbox ,loom , fuel lines all be fitted by end of next week.

thanks for that jamieP , need to start to think about who to map it , who to trust with it , aem with evc 6 boost control, have 4 boost settings starting about 600 hp, tdi mapped it last time , would like to go elsewhere next time . travel not to much of a problem.

water injection , also keep the standard viscus fan or go for electric.

Have no idea , but when i asked about mapping my car they were very reasonable , and the amount of customers cars there , so i would of thought they were not to bad .

Nick coumbs is the guys name , he lives in Devon , the car was on the redline stand at castle combs this year , there was a pick of the engine bay on this forum after the event. -
